【摘要】：正根面齲是導(dǎo)致失牙的主要病因之一。第三次全國(guó)口腔健康流行病學(xué)調(diào)查報(bào)告〔1〕顯示,全國(guó)65~74歲老年人患齲率為98.4%,根齲患病率為63.6%。本文探討根面齲的病因及預(yù)防方法。1病因1.1主要因素細(xì)菌分解有機(jī)底物產(chǎn)酸、促使牙齒脫礦是齲形成過(guò)程中一個(gè)重要因素。有機(jī)物的分解作用在根面齲形成過(guò)程中尤其明顯。據(jù)有關(guān)報(bào)道根面齲的優(yōu)勢(shì)菌是變形鏈球菌,其次是放線菌〔2〕。在根面齲形成過(guò)程中,細(xì)菌膠原酶對(duì)于牙的
[Abstract]:Orthodontic caries are one of the main causes of tooth loss. The results of the third National Oral Health Epidemiology Survey showed that the prevalence rate of caries and root caries was 98.4 and 63.6respectively. This paper discusses the etiology and prevention of root caries. 1 the main factor of etiology 1.1 is that bacteria decompose organic bottom products to produce acid and promote tooth demineralization is an important factor in the process of caries formation.
