【摘要】：正患者女,27歲。停經(jīng)37周,發(fā)現(xiàn)右頰部腫物2月余。查體:右頜下區(qū)皮膚稍紅,皮溫稍高,觸及一腫物波及上頸部、面頰部,質(zhì)硬,界不清,活動度一般,壓痛明顯。超聲顯示:右頜下腺見2處混合回聲(1個月前),約3.7cm×2.9cm(圖1)、2.0cm×1.6cm,分葉狀,局部邊界欠清,內(nèi)回聲不均,見絮狀回聲及強回聲,CDFI見少血供�？紤]膿腫可能;右頸部淋巴結(jié)增大。臨床引流、抗炎后未見明顯緩
[Abstract]:The patient is 27 years old. After 37 weeks of menopause, the tumor of right cheek was found for more than 2 months. Body examination: right submaxillary area skin slightly red, skin temperature slightly higher, touching a tumor affected the upper neck, cheek, hard, unclear boundary, general activity, obvious tenderness. Ultrasound showed that there were two mixed echoes in the right submandibular gland (1 month ago, about 3.7cm 脳 2.9 cm) (fig. 1, 2. 0 cm 脳 1. 6 cm), lobular shape, local boundary was not clear, internal echo was uneven, flocculent echo and hyperechoic CDFI showed low blood supply. Consider abscess possible; right cervical lymph node enlargement. Clinical drainage, no obvious delay after anti-inflammation
