數(shù)字化外科導(dǎo)板在口腔種植中的臨床應(yīng)用

【摘要】:與傳統(tǒng)術(shù)式相比,數(shù)字化外科導(dǎo)板引導(dǎo)下的種植手術(shù)具有提高種植體植入精度、降低手術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、減小手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷、縮短手術(shù)時(shí)間、減輕患者痛苦等優(yōu)勢,特別適用于解剖結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、要求微創(chuàng)手術(shù)、對治療效果期望很高或需要實(shí)現(xiàn)即刻修復(fù)的患者。本研究采用最先進(jìn)的流程和方法,將該技術(shù)應(yīng)用于單顆前牙缺失種植、多顆后牙游離端缺失種植、牙列缺失種植、骨增量同期種植等四種典型臨床病例,嘗試了不同的導(dǎo)板支持方式,術(shù)中進(jìn)行了骨修整或骨增量,以及美學(xué)區(qū)的即刻修復(fù)。通過對種植體位置的術(shù)前方案和術(shù)后結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比,驗(yàn)證了數(shù)字化外科導(dǎo)板的準(zhǔn)確性。此外,本研究對病例的術(shù)中情況、術(shù)后反應(yīng)、臨床療效、患者滿意度等多項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了評估,均得到了理想的結(jié)果,為該技術(shù)的臨床推廣提供了支持依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Compared with traditional surgical methods, digital surgical guide plate guided implant surgery has the advantages of improving implant implantation accuracy, reducing surgical risk, reducing surgical trauma, shortening operation time and alleviating patients' pain, etc. It is especially suitable for patients with complicated anatomical structure, minimally invasive surgery, high expectation of therapeutic effect or immediate repair. In this study, the most advanced procedures and methods were used to apply this technique to four typical clinical cases: single anterior tooth implantation, multiple posterior teeth free end implants, dentition implants, bone increment simultaneous implants, and so on. Different methods of plate support were tried, bone repair or bone increment were performed during operation, and immediate restoration of aesthetic area was carried out. The accuracy of the digital surgical guide plate was verified by comparing the preoperative and postoperative results of implant location. In addition, this study evaluated the intraoperative situation, postoperative response, clinical efficacy, patient satisfaction and so on, and obtained the ideal results, which provided the basis for the clinical application of the technique.
