【摘要】：目的：本文以病例報道的形式將Composan protect脫敏劑與MS Coat和75%氟化鈉甘油糊劑脫敏劑治療牙本質過敏癥的臨床療效進行對比，觀察術后即刻、1個月和6個月的臨床療效有效率，為Composan protect脫敏劑的臨床應用提供相關依據。 方法：收集臨床病例診斷為牙本質過敏癥的患者40名，共有患牙60例，均為牙合面磨耗的活髓磨牙，隨機分成A、B、C三組，每組各20例。所有患者身體健康、無藥物過敏，具有良好理解能力，能配合治療，且就診前未服用影響牙髓感受器的藥物；患牙經臨床檢查確診為牙本質過敏癥，且半年內未受過外傷，未曾接受過任何脫敏、正畸、牙周治療，同時排除楔狀缺損、齲病、充填體、牙髓病、根尖周病、牙周病等影響臨床療效評價的疾病。脫敏治療前、后及復診時均采用探診和冷空氣刺激兩種方法檢查牙本質過敏區(qū)，并用數值分級測評法(NRS)評價患者疼痛程度。脫敏時先清潔牙面，隔濕、干燥后，用三種脫敏劑分別對患牙進行治療。A組：用Composan protect脫敏劑涂擦過敏區(qū)20s，氣槍輕吹使其分散均勻，光固化10s，重復操作一遍；B組：用MS Coat脫敏劑涂擦過敏區(qū)30s，氣槍輕吹5s，重復操作一遍；C組：用75%氟化鈉甘油糊劑涂擦過敏區(qū)2min。三組脫敏后即刻檢查疼痛程度，記錄NRS數值。囑患者10min內不漱口，1h內不進食，12h內不刷牙，分別于1個月、6個月后復診，復診時再次檢查疼痛程度，記錄NRS數值。通過統(tǒng)計NRS數值得出不同脫敏劑在不同時期的有效率，再進行統(tǒng)計學分析。患者復診期間不能接受實驗之外的脫敏治療，亦不可進行正畸、牙周、充填修復等影響牙齒敏感度測評的治療；同時告知患者，如有不適，，及時就診。 結果：治療后即刻療效，A、B、C三組有效率分別為95%、85%和55%，A組與B組比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.05），A組與C組、B組與C組比較，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.05)；治療后1個月療效，A、B、C三組有效率分別為90%、80%和50%，A組與B組比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.05），A組與C組、B組與C組比較，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.05)；治療后6個月療效，A、B、C三組有效率分別為85%、55%和20%，三組之間兩兩比較，差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.05）。 結論：在即刻療效和1個月療效方面，Composan protect脫敏劑和MS Coat脫敏劑均優(yōu)于75%氟化鈉甘油糊劑；在6個月療效方面，Composan protect脫敏劑優(yōu)于MS Coat脫敏劑和75%氟化鈉甘油糊劑。
[Abstract]:Objective : In this paper , the clinical curative effect of sensitizing agent and MS Coat and 75 % sodium fluoride glycerol paste desensitizer in treating dentin hypersensitivity were compared in the form of case report , and the clinical curative effect of immediate , 1 month and 6 months after operation was observed .

Methods : 40 patients with dentin hypersensitivity were collected from clinical cases . 60 cases of teeth were randomly divided into three groups : A , B and C . All patients had good physical health and no drug allergy .
The patient was diagnosed as dentin hypersensitivity by clinical examination , and had not received any desensitizing , orthodontist and periodontal treatment in half a year . The patients were treated with three kinds of desensitizing agents before , after and after desensitizing .
Group B : Apply the MS Coat desensitizing agent to the sensitive area for 30s , and the air gun shall be gently blown for 5s , and the operation shall be repeated again ;
Group C : 2 minutes of allergy was applied with 75 % sodium fluoride glycerin paste . The pain degree was examined immediately after three groups of desensitizing . The patients were not allowed to wash their teeth within 10 minutes . The pain level was re - examined at 1 month and 6 months .
At the same time , inform the patient , if there is discomfort , go to the doctor in time .

Results : The effective rates after treatment were 95 % , 85 % and 55 % in group A , B and C , respectively . There was no significant difference between group A and group B ( P0.05 ) .
The effective rates of group A , B and C were 90 % , 80 % and 50 % in group A , group A and group B , respectively . There was no significant difference between group A and group B ( P0.05 ) .
The effective rates were 85 % , 55 % and 20 % in group A , B and C after 6 months of treatment . There were significant differences between the three groups ( P0.05 ) .

Conclusion : Compared with 75 % sodium fluoride glycerol paste in immediate curative effect and 1 month efficacy , both protect desensitizer and MS Coat desensitizer are better than 75 % sodium fluoride glycerol paste .
In the 6 - month efficacy , the sensitizing agent was superior to the MS Coat desensitizing agent and 75 % sodium fluoride glycerol paste .
