【摘要】：目的 :觀察聯(lián)合應(yīng)用引導(dǎo)骨再生術(shù)和牙周固定術(shù)治療重度牙周炎的療效。方法 :將48例重度牙周病患者隨機分為實驗組和對照組,各24例,實驗組29個患牙行引導(dǎo)骨再生術(shù)和牙周固定術(shù),對照組35個患牙行引導(dǎo)骨再生術(shù)。分別記錄術(shù)前、術(shù)后3個月、術(shù)后6個月患牙牙周探診深度(periodontal probing depth,PPD)、附著喪失(attachment loss,AL)、齦溝出血指數(shù)(sulcus bleeding index,SBI)、牙松動度(teeth mobility,TM)及牙槽骨高度(alveolar bone height,AH)。結(jié)果 :與術(shù)前相比,兩組術(shù)后3個月PPD、AL、SBI、TM均明顯減少,且有顯著性差異;術(shù)后6個月,實驗組療效優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:牙周引導(dǎo)骨再生術(shù)聯(lián)合應(yīng)用牙周固定術(shù)治療重度牙周病能明顯改善臨床指標(biāo),且療效優(yōu)于單獨應(yīng)用引導(dǎo)骨再生術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of combined guided bone regeneration and periodontal fixation in the treatment of severe periodontitis. Methods: 48 patients with severe periodontal disease were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (n = 24) and control group (n = 24). 29 affected teeth in experimental group were treated with guided bone regeneration and periodontal fixation, while 35 patients in control group were treated with guided bone regeneration. Before operation, 3 months after operation, and 6 months after operation, the periodontal probing depth, attachment loss, gingival sulcus bleeding index, alveolar bone height and alveolar bone height were recorded. Results: compared with pre-operation, the TM of PPD-ALS SBIN in the two groups decreased significantly at 3 months after operation, and there was a significant difference between the two groups, and the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group at 6 months after operation. Conclusion: periodontal guided bone regeneration combined with periodontal fixation in the treatment of severe periodontal disease can significantly improve the clinical indicators, and the curative effect is better than that of guided bone regeneration alone.
