【摘要】：目的通過對(duì)8~15歲兒童口腔健康相關(guān)生存質(zhì)量量表(COHIP)中文版信度與效度的驗(yàn)證研究,探討其在中國適齡兒童中應(yīng)用的可行性。方法按照國際生存質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程序,對(duì)英文原版COHIP系列問卷中的兒童問卷、父母問卷分別進(jìn)行翻譯、回譯、文化調(diào)適和改造,建立中文版COHIP,形成適應(yīng)兒童口腔健康和治療需求的自我評(píng)估問卷、內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)(CVI)合格的評(píng)估量表。使用該系列量表對(duì)8~15歲的兒童及其家長進(jìn)行兒童口腔健康相關(guān)生存質(zhì)量調(diào)查,考評(píng)量表的信度和效度。結(jié)果 1 189對(duì)兒童及家長接受問卷調(diào)查,收回有效問卷1 143份,量表完成率為96.1%。COHIP兒童表內(nèi)部一致性Cronbach’sα系數(shù)為0.903,條目-量表相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.134~0.611,Guttman分半信度系數(shù)為0.798,組內(nèi)相關(guān)系數(shù)(ICC)為0.926。COHIP家長表內(nèi)部一致性Cronbach’sα系數(shù)為0.796,條目-量表相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.121~0.614,Guttman分半信度系數(shù)為0.796,ICC為0.931。因子分析顯示中文版量表所包含的條目存在預(yù)想的邏輯關(guān)系。結(jié)論中文版COHIP具有良好的信度和效度,其良好的心理測(cè)量學(xué)性質(zhì)為其在中國適齡兒童中的應(yīng)用提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the oral health related quality of life scale (COHIP) of 8~15 years old children, and to explore the feasibility of its application in Chinese children. Methods according to the standard procedure of the international quality of life evaluation project, the questionnaire of children in the original English version of the COHIP series questionnaire and the parents questionnaire were respectively carried out. The Chinese version of COHIP was established to form a self-assessment questionnaire for the oral health and treatment needs of children and a qualified evaluation scale of content validity index (CVI). The questionnaire was used to investigate the quality of life of children and their parents in the age of 8~15, and the reliability and validity of the assessment scale. Results 1189 children and parents were investigated and 1143 valid questionnaires were collected. The internal consistency Cronbach 's alpha coefficient of 96.1%.COHIP was 0.903, the item scale correlation coefficient was 0.134~0.611, the Guttman partial half reliability coefficient was 0.798, and the intra group correlation coefficient (ICC) was the consistent Cronba in the 0.926.COHIP parent table. The Ch 's alpha coefficient is 0.796, the item scale correlation coefficient is 0.121~0.614, the Guttman partial reliability coefficient is 0.796. ICC is the 0.931. factor analysis showing that the Chinese version of the list contains the preconceived logic relation. Conclusion the Chinese version COHIP has good reliability and validity, and its good psychometric properties are in Chinese age children. The application in the field provides a theoretical basis.
