【摘要】：目的:探討Wnt/β-catenin信號(hào)通路相關(guān)蛋白Wnt1、β-catenin在硝苯地平引起的藥物性增生的牙齦組織中的表達(dá)。方法:選擇正常牙齦對(duì)照組、(未服藥)高血壓牙齦增生組、硝苯地平引起的藥物性牙齦增生組各10例,用Western-Blot和RT-PCR檢測(cè)牙齦組織中Wnt1、β-catenin的表達(dá)。結(jié)果:藥物性牙齦增生組的牙齦組織中Wnt1、β-catenin蛋白及mRNA表達(dá)水平顯著高于正常牙齦對(duì)照組(P0.05)和高血壓牙齦增生組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:硝苯地平引起的藥物性牙齦增生的牙齦組織中Wnt1、β-catenin表達(dá)水平增高,可能通過(guò)Wnt/β-catenin信號(hào)通路促進(jìn)牙齦成纖維細(xì)胞的增殖導(dǎo)致牙齦纖維化。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the expression of Wnt / 尾 -catenin signaling pathway related proteins Wnt1 and 尾 -catenin in the gingival tissues of drug-induced hyperplasia induced by nifedipine. Methods: the expression of Wnt1 and 尾 -catenin in gingival tissues was detected by Western-Blot and RT-PCR, respectively, in normal gingival control group (without medication) and nifedipine induced gingival hyperplasia group (n = 10). Results: the expression levels of Wnt1, 尾 -catenin protein and mRNA in gingival tissue of drug induced gingival hyperplasia group were significantly higher than those of normal gingival control group (P 0.05) and hypertension gingival hyperplasia group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the increase of Wnt1, 尾 -catenin expression in gingival tissues induced by nifedipine may promote the proliferation of gingival fibroblasts through Wnt/ 尾 -catenin signaling pathway and lead to gingival fibrosis.
