【摘要】：建立損傷牙髓保髓治療的專家共識,對提高我國牙髓病治療水平具有重要的現(xiàn)實指導意義。牙髓疾病是影響人類口腔健康的主要疾病,蓋髓術和牙髓切斷術是損傷牙髓保髓治療的主要方法。隨著微創(chuàng)牙科理念的發(fā)展,如何合理應用各種治療技術和材料,最大限度地保存健康牙髓組織,延長患牙保存期,實現(xiàn)保髓治療效果的最大化已成為口腔臨床迫切需要解決的問題。筆者現(xiàn)將部分牙體牙髓病治療學專家的經(jīng)驗與認識共同匯總,以牙髓損傷性質與途徑、牙髓損傷程度為基礎,以宿主的牙髓防御與自身修復能力為導向,以損傷牙髓現(xiàn)代診治技術為手段,探討形成了關于牙髓損傷的活髓保存臨床診治路徑的共識,供大家在臨床工作中參考和改進。
[Abstract]:It is of great practical significance to establish a common understanding of pulp preservation therapy for pulp injury in order to improve the treatment level of dental pulp disease in China. Dental pulp disease is the main disease affecting human oral health. Pulp capping and pulp cutting are the main methods to treat pulp injury. With the development of the concept of minimally invasive dentistry, how to apply all kinds of treatment techniques and materials reasonably, to preserve the healthy dental pulp tissue to the maximum extent, and to prolong the preservation period of the affected teeth. It has become an urgent problem to solve in stomatology to maximize the effect of myeloablative therapy. The author summarized the experience and knowledge of some dental pulp therapists, based on the nature and approach of pulp injury, the degree of pulp injury, and the host's dental pulp defense and self-repair ability. By means of the modern diagnosis and treatment of dental pulp injury, a common understanding on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of dental pulp injury with living pulp preservation has been formed, which can be referred to and improved in clinical work.
