【摘要】：目的:對奧敏清牙齒脫敏劑聯(lián)合Er:YAG激光治療青少年牙本質(zhì)敏感癥的療效進行研究。方法:78例(共163顆患牙)青少年牙本質(zhì)敏感癥患者隨機分為奧敏清組(n=54)、激光組(n=55)和聯(lián)合組(n=54),奧敏清組患者給予單一奧敏清牙齒脫敏劑涂布治療,激光組患者給予單一的Er:YAG激光照射治療,聯(lián)合組患者在Er:YAG激光照射后再涂布奧敏清牙齒脫敏劑治療,比較治療前、治療即刻和治療后1周、1月、3月、6月VAS值、總有效率。另將20顆新鮮離體牙隨機分為4組,分別用生理鹽水、奧敏清牙齒脫敏劑、Er:YAG激光及奧敏清聯(lián)合Er:YAG激光處理,掃描電鏡觀察各模型樣本形態(tài)。結(jié)果:聯(lián)合組在治療即刻及治療后各時間點的VAS值均顯著低于奧敏清組和激光組(P0.05);總有效率均顯著高于奧敏清組和激光組(P0.05);奧敏清組和激光組在治療即刻、治療后1周、1月、3月時的總有效率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,但激光組在治療后6月的總有效率卻顯著高于奧敏清組(P0.05)。掃描電鏡結(jié)果顯示奧敏清、Er:YAG激光及奧敏清聯(lián)合Er:YAG激光處理均可封閉牙本質(zhì)小管,且奧敏清聯(lián)合Er:YAG激光的封閉效果最佳。結(jié)論:奧敏清牙齒脫敏劑聯(lián)合Er:YAG激光治療青少年牙本質(zhì)敏感癥具有較好的臨床效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the curative effect of Aomin Qing tooth desensitizer combined with Er:YAG laser on juvenile dentin hypersensitivity. Methods Seventy-eight cases (163 teeth) with juvenile dentin hypersensitivity were randomly divided into Aomin Qing group (n = 78), laser group (n = 55) and combination group (n = 54). The patients in the laser group were treated with single Er:YAG laser irradiation, and the patients in the combined group were treated with OMQ tooth desensitizer after Er:YAG laser irradiation. The total effective rate was compared before treatment, immediately after treatment and 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after treatment. In addition, 20 fresh isolated teeth were randomly divided into 4 groups, treated with normal saline, er: YAG laser and Er:YAG laser respectively. The morphology of each model was observed by scanning electron microscope. Results: the VAS value of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the Aominqing group and the laser group at all time points, and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the Aominqing group and the laser group (P0.05), while the total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the Aominqing group and the laser group. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate at 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after treatment, but the total effective rate in the laser group at 6 months after treatment was significantly higher than that in the Aomin Qing group (P 0.05). The results of scanning electron microscope showed that both the er: YAG laser and the Er:YAG laser could seal the dentine tubules, and the sealing effect of the laser was the best. Conclusion: Aomin Qing tooth desensitizer combined with Er:YAG laser has a good clinical effect in the treatment of juvenile dentin hypersensitivity.
