中國(guó)撒拉族正常合青少年牙、牙弓、基骨的測(cè)量研究

【摘要】:目的: 通過對(duì)撒拉族正常合青少年牙頜模型的測(cè)量,建立撒拉族正常合青少年牙、牙弓、基骨的正常值數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù);對(duì)比分析撒拉族青少年正常合牙、牙弓、基骨的特征;擬合完成中國(guó)撒拉族青少年正常合牙弓弓形圖,為正畸臨床的診斷、治療和科研工作提供參考依據(jù)。 方法: 按照個(gè)別正常合的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)青海省循化縣寄宿制高中在校生963人進(jìn)行普查,嚴(yán)格挑選出個(gè)別正常合67名,其中男性43名,平均年齡16.7歲,女性24名,平均年齡17.2歲。制取全口牙頜模型,進(jìn)行牙冠寬度、高度,牙弓寬度、長(zhǎng)度,基骨寬度、長(zhǎng)度,腭蓋高度等指標(biāo)的測(cè)量,測(cè)量值用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,并與國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,分析撒拉族青少年正常合牙頜特征;利用origin7.5軟件,通過函數(shù)方程擬合完成中國(guó)撒拉族青少年正常合牙弓弓形圖。 結(jié)果: 1.撒拉族正常合青少年臨床牙冠寬度,除上頜第二前磨牙女性大于男性外,其余均為男性大于女性,且尖牙牙冠寬度男性大于女性,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);牙冠寬度由大到小的排列順序除男性下頜與保安族、藏族、蒙古族不同外,其余與其他所對(duì)比的民族一致。 2.撒拉族正常合青少年臨床牙冠高度均為男性大于女性,且下頜第一前磨牙、第二前磨牙、第一磨牙、第二磨牙男性大于女性,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);牙冠高度大小的排列順序除男性下頜與壯族不同外,其余與其他所對(duì)比的民族一致。 3.撒拉族正常合青少年牙弓寬度、長(zhǎng)度,基骨寬度、長(zhǎng)度,腭蓋高度的測(cè)量結(jié)果均為男性大于女性,且UW6、UW6、LW6、PMBAWU、BALU、LL4、PH值男性大于女性差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 4.撒拉族正常合青少年P(guān)H-I指數(shù)、Bolton指數(shù)、Pont指數(shù)、牙弓指數(shù)男女間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),Howes指數(shù)中的PMBAWU/TMu6-6值,男女間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 5.擬合完成符合中國(guó)撒拉族正常合弓形特征的弓形圖。 討論: 1.本研究結(jié)果進(jìn)一步證明,不同地區(qū)、不同民族正常合牙、牙弓、基骨的大小、形態(tài)之間存在著差異,建立各地區(qū)、不同民族牙、牙弓、基骨的各項(xiàng)正常值數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)具有重要的意義。 2.撒拉族青少年各項(xiàng)指數(shù)(除Howes指數(shù)外)無(wú)性別差異;臨床牙冠寬度、高度的排列順序與其他所對(duì)比的民族基本一致。表明男女間、不同民族間各自的牙量與其牙弓大小是相對(duì)協(xié)調(diào)的。 3.本研究建立的撒拉族正常合青少年牙、牙弓、基骨的正常值數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)及擬合完成的中國(guó)撒拉族正常合青少年牙弓弓形圖,可為正畸臨床提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: By measuring the normal dental and maxillary models of Salar adolescents, a database of normal teeth, dental arch and base bone was established, and the characteristics of normal teeth, dental arch and base bone were compared and analyzed. The arcuate arches of Chinese Salar adolescents were fitted to provide reference for clinical diagnosis, treatment and scientific research of orthodontics. Methods: According to the standard of individual normal cooperation, 963 students of boarding high school in Xunhua County, Qinghai Province, were surveyed, and 67 students were strictly selected, including 43 males with an average age of 16.7 years and 24 females with an average age of 17.2 years. The crown width, height, arch width, length, base bone width, length and palatal height were measured by SPSS17.0 software. Compared with the related research results at home and abroad, this paper analyzed the normal dental and maxillary characteristics of Salar adolescents and completed the arcuate map of Chinese Salar adolescents by using origin7.5 software and functional equation fitting. Results: 1. The clinical crown width of normal Salar adolescents was larger than that of female maxillary second premolars, and the width of canine crown was larger than that of female, and the width of maxillary second premolar was larger than that of male, and the width of maxillary second premolar was larger than that of female. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the crown width was arranged from large to small, except for male mandible and Gangan, Tibetan and Mongolian, the rest were the same as other contrasting nations. 2. The clinical crown height of normal Salar adolescents was higher than that of female, and the mandibular first premolars, second premolars, first molars, second molars and second molars were higher in male than female. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the arrangement order of crown height was the same as that of other contrasting nations except male mandible and Zhuang nationality. 3. The width of arch, length, width of base bone, length of base bone, height of palatal lid of normal Salar adolescents were larger than that of female, and the PH value of UW6 UW6 and PMBAWU BALULL4 in males was higher than that in females (P 0.05). 4. There was no significant difference between male and female in PH-I index and dental arch index. There was no significant difference in PMBAWU/TMu6-6 value between male and female, but there was significant difference between male and female (P 0.05). 5. Fitting the arcuate map of the normal arcuate of the Salar nationality in China. Discussion: 1. The results further demonstrated that there were differences in the size and shape of the normal teeth, dental arch, and basal bone in different regions and nationalities, and the establishment of different regions, different ethnic groups, dental arch, dental arch and dental arch. The database of normal value of base bone is of great significance. 2. There was no gender difference in all indexes (except Howes index) and the arrangement order of clinical crown width and height was basically the same as that of other contrasting nationalities. The results showed that the tooth size and dental arch size of men and women were relatively harmonious. 3. The database of normal teeth, dental arch and base bone of Salar nationality adolescents and the arcuate map of Chinese Salar normal adolescents can provide reference for orthodontic clinic.
