【摘要】：目的:采用三維有限元分析法對(duì)天然上頜中切牙與種植體應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律進(jìn)行分析,為義齒種植與修復(fù)提供依據(jù)。方法:選擇天然牙5種不同解剖分型,利用ANSYS、UGNX等軟件,建立三維有限元模型,對(duì)種植體與周圍局部結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)種植體與牙長(zhǎng)軸不同夾角施加相同靜態(tài)荷載力,對(duì)5種上頜中切牙壓根與種植體應(yīng)力分布情況進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:隨著加載力角度的增加,種植體與天然牙的等效應(yīng)力值均呈增大趨勢(shì),從0°~90°逐漸上升,且種植體增大的幅度大于天然牙。其中B2分型中,種植體等效應(yīng)力在0°時(shí)最小(17.608 MPa);P1分型中,種植體等效應(yīng)力在90°時(shí)最大(132.1 MPa)。在加載力角度方面,30°~90°時(shí),B1分型中,天然牙等效應(yīng)力值在90°時(shí)達(dá)到60 MPa;M1分型中,種植體等效應(yīng)力在90°時(shí)達(dá)到149 MPa;加載力角度為0°時(shí),因具有特殊性,因此在P1分型中,天然牙等效應(yīng)力達(dá)到最大值(10 MPa);M1分型中,種植體等效應(yīng)力達(dá)到最大值(28 MPa)。結(jié)論:與牙根應(yīng)力分布相比,種植體應(yīng)力分布區(qū)間更小。表明隨著咬合力度的增大,天然牙與種植體受力呈正比,并且在承受咬合力方面,天然中切牙大于種植體。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the stress distribution of natural maxillary central incisor and implants by three dimensional finite element analysis (FEM) in order to provide the basis for implant and restoration of denture. Methods: five different anatomical types of natural teeth were selected, and three dimensional finite element model was established by using ANSYS UGNX software. The relationship between implant and surrounding local structure was studied, and the same static load force was applied to the implant and tooth at different angles of long axis. The stress distribution of 5 kinds of maxillary central incisors was analyzed. Results: with the increase of loading force angle, the equal effect force value of implant and natural tooth increased gradually from 0 擄to 90 擄, and the range of implant increase was larger than that of natural tooth. In B2 typing, the implant equivalent stress was the lowest at 0 擄at 17.608 MPA / L, and the maximum at 90 擄was 132.1 MPA / a. When the loading force angle is 30 擄/ 90 擄, the equal effect force value of natural teeth reaches 60 MPA / M 1 typing at 90 擄, the equivalent stress of implant reaches 149 MPA at 90 擄, and when the loading force angle is 0 擄, because of its particularity, it is in P1 typing. In the classification of natural teeth, the equivalent stress reached the maximum value of 10 MPA / M 1, and the maximum stress of implant was 28 MPA / L. Conclusion: compared with root stress distribution, implant stress distribution range is smaller. The results show that the force of natural teeth is proportional to that of implants with the increase of occlusal force, and the natural central incisors are larger than implants in bearing bite force.
