模擬口腔取模環(huán)境下TRIOS數(shù)字印模的精密度

【摘要】:目的:研究模擬口腔取模環(huán)境下TRIOS數(shù)字印模的精密度,并與口外模型掃描的精密度比較。方法:制作6個#14~#17樹脂牙列,其中#16為離體牙的全瓷冠預(yù)備體。對樹脂牙列分別進行:(1)硅橡膠取印模,灌注石膏模型,3Shape D700模型掃描儀重復(fù)掃描10次;(2)固定于仿頭模內(nèi),3Shape TRIOS口內(nèi)掃描儀重復(fù)掃描10次。Geomagic Qualify12.0對重復(fù)掃描數(shù)據(jù)兩兩進行最佳擬合對齊和3D比較,分別輸出配準數(shù)據(jù)間的平均偏差(averaged errors,AE)和差異分布彩圖。秩和檢驗定量分析數(shù)字印模組與模型組AE的差異,根據(jù)差異分布彩圖定性描述偏差分布特征。結(jié)果:數(shù)字印模組AE均數(shù)為7.058 281μm,高于模型組4.092 363μm,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),但是數(shù)字印模組AE的均數(shù)和中位數(shù)均小于10μm,表明掃描數(shù)據(jù)間一致性良好。模型組偏差分布均勻,數(shù)字印模組偏差較大區(qū)域主要分布于肩臺及鄰面區(qū)域。結(jié)論:TRIOS數(shù)字印模精密度良好,可達到臨床應(yīng)用要求,預(yù)備體肩臺及鄰面區(qū)域為掃描的難點。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the precision of TRIOS digital impression in simulated oral cavity and compare it with that of external model. Methods: six #14 #17 resin dentitions were made, of which #16 was the all-ceramic crown preparation for isolated teeth. The resin dentition was made with 1% of the silicone rubber and the impression was obtained by using silicone rubber. The 3Shape D700 model scanner was fixed to the 3Shape TRIOS mouth scanner for 10 times. Geomagic Qualify12.0 performed the best fitting alignment and 3D comparison of the repeated scanning data. The average deviation between the registration data and the difference distribution color map are outputted respectively. The difference of AE between digital printing module and model group was quantitatively analyzed by rank sum test, and the deviation distribution characteristics were described qualitatively according to the difference distribution color map. Results: the average AE of digital printing module group was 7.058 281 渭 m, which was higher than that of model group 4.092 363 渭 m, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), but the mean number and median of AE in digital printing module group were less than 10 渭 m, which indicated that the scanning data were consistent. The deviation distribution of the model group is uniform, and the large deviation area of the digital printing module is mainly distributed in the shoulder platform and adjacent area. Conclusion the precision of the digital impression is good and it can meet the requirement of clinical application. The shoulder plate and adjacent area of the prepared body are the difficult points in scanning.
