【摘要】：目的探討聽性腦干反應(yīng)(ABR)對(duì)流行性腮腺炎患兒聽力評(píng)估的意義。方法對(duì)74例(148耳)患有流行性腮腺炎的兒童(腮腺炎組)進(jìn)行ABR測(cè)試,以15例同齡正常兒童為正常對(duì)照組,比較兩組的ABR反應(yīng)閾及各波潛伏期、波間期。結(jié)果腮腺炎組ABR反應(yīng)閾正常145耳,其中雙耳正常71例,單耳正常3例;異常3耳均為感音神經(jīng)性聽力損失,其ABR反應(yīng)閾分別為35、40和110dB nHL。腮腺炎組波I潛伏期均值(1.58±0.13ms)明顯較對(duì)照組(1.46±0.12ms)延長(zhǎng)(t=4.37,P0.05),而波Ⅲ、Ⅴ潛伏期和Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ波間期兩組間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 ABR反應(yīng)閾升高及波I潛伏期延長(zhǎng)、波間期正常是流行性腮腺炎患兒聽力受損的特征,對(duì)流行性腮腺炎患者早期進(jìn)行ABR檢測(cè)有利于其聽力損失的早期發(fā)現(xiàn)和早期干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the significance of auditory brainstem response (ABR) in hearing assessment of children with mumps. Methods ABR was performed in 74 children with mumps (mumps group) and 15 normal children of the same age were used as control group. The ABR response threshold and latency and interphase of each wave were compared between the two groups. Results in the mumps group, the ABR response threshold was normal in 145 ears, including 71 cases of binaural normal and 3 cases of monaural normal, and the abnormal 3 ears were sensorineural hearing loss, the ABR response thresholds were 350.40 and 110dB nHL, respectively. The mean of wave I latency in mumps group (1.58 鹵0.13 Ms) was significantly longer than that in control group (1.46 鹵0.12 Ms), but there was no significant difference in wave 鈪，
