[Abstract]:The research on the susceptibility genes of cleft lip and palate, which was completed by a team of professors from the School of Stomatology, Wuhan University, and Professor Sun Liangdan, Anhui Medical University, has made new progress. The results were published online in the Nature subjournal Nature Communications on February 24, 2017, under the title of "Genome-wide analyses of non-syndromic cleft lip with palate identify fourteen novel loci and genetic heterogeneity" (14 new susceptible loci and genetic heterogeneity found by genome-wide association analysis of non-syndromic cleft lip and palate).
