【摘要】:目的:分析牙髓炎中TLR4、NOD2和NLRP3的表達(dá)特征。方法:收集健康、齲病及牙髓炎的患牙共47顆分為3個(gè)組,采用免疫組織化學(xué)染色和單色免疫熒光染色方法檢測(cè)每組牙髓組織中TLR4、NOD2、NLRP3的表達(dá)。結(jié)果:健康組中TLR4、NOD2和NLRP3僅在成牙本質(zhì)細(xì)胞中少量表達(dá)。TLR4、NOD2和NLRP3在牙髓炎組及齲病組表達(dá)均明顯高于正常組,大量表達(dá)于排列紊亂的成牙本質(zhì)細(xì)胞和多種炎癥細(xì)胞中,而在炎性病灶周邊的牙髓成纖維細(xì)胞中三者也有表達(dá)。結(jié)論:本研究表明TLR4、NOD2和NLRP3在炎性牙髓組織中表達(dá)同時(shí)增高,提示三者均與牙髓炎的進(jìn)展相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the expression of TLR4, NOD2 and NLRP3 in pulpitis. Methods: a total of 47 teeth from healthy, dental caries and pulpitis were divided into 3 groups. The expression of TLR4, NOD2 and NLRP3 in each group was detected by immunohistochemical staining and monochromatic immunofluorescence staining. Results: the expression of TLR4NOD2 and NLRP3 in odontoblast was significantly higher in the pulpitis group and caries group than in the normal group, and the expression of TLR4NOD2 and NLRP3 in the odontoblast cells was significantly higher than that in the normal group, and the expression of TLR4NOD2 and NLRP3 in odontoblast cells was significantly higher than that in the dental caries group. There were also three expressions in pulp fibroblasts around inflammatory lesions. Conclusion: the expression of TLR4, NOD2 and NLRP3 in inflammatory dental pulp tissue is increased simultaneously, suggesting that the expression of TLR4, NOD2 and NLRP3 are related to the progression of pulpitis.
