【摘要】：目的觀察口腔黏膜下纖維性變(OSF)患者治療前后的頰黏膜和正常頰黏膜中S100A7的表達(dá)。方法收集10例正常頰黏膜組織和10例OSF患者經(jīng)丹參聯(lián)合小劑量曲安奈德局部注射治療前后的頰黏膜組織,用免疫組織化學(xué)方法檢測(cè)其S100A7的表達(dá),比較并分析其表達(dá)差異。結(jié)果 1)治療后OSF患者S100A7的陽(yáng)性率為30%,表達(dá)量計(jì)分為(2.30±0.82)分,均低于治療前的陽(yáng)性率(90%)和表達(dá)量計(jì)分值(4.20±1.14)分,且差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2)治療后OSF患者和正常黏膜的S100A7陽(yáng)性率分別為30%、0,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);但OSF治療后S100A7的表達(dá)量計(jì)分值(2.30±0.82)分,高于正常黏膜的表達(dá)量計(jì)分(0.60±0.52)分,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論丹參聯(lián)合小劑量曲安奈德局部注射治療OSF能下調(diào)S100A7的表達(dá),且S100A7可作為評(píng)價(jià)OSF療效的指標(biāo)之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the expression of S100A7 in buccal mucosa and normal buccal mucosa of patients with oral submucous fibrosis before and after treatment. Methods 10 cases of normal buccal mucosa and 10 cases of OSF were collected before and after local injection of Salvia miltiorrhiza and triamcinolone acetonide. The expression of S100A7 was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results 1) after treatment, the positive rate of S100A7 in OSF patients was 30. The positive rate of expression meter was 2.30 鹵0.82, which was lower than the positive rate of 90% and the score of expression meter was 4.20 鹵1.14). The positive rates of S100A7 in patients with OSF and normal mucosa were 30 / 0, respectively, but the positive rate of S100A7 expression was 2.30 鹵0.82after OSF treatment, which was higher than that of normal mucosa (0.60 鹵0.52). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza combined with low dose triamcinolone acetonide injection can down-regulate the expression of S100A7 and S100A7 can be used as an index to evaluate the curative effect of OSF.
