【摘要】：目的研究牙本質(zhì)肩領(lǐng)不同厚度和高度對纖維樁核冠修復(fù)后前磨牙抗折性的影響。方法 72顆下頜前磨牙根管治療后隨機分為3組,每組24顆,預(yù)備牙本質(zhì)肩領(lǐng)高度分別為1、2、3 mm;每一高度組再隨機分為3亞組,各8顆,預(yù)備牙本質(zhì)肩領(lǐng)厚度頰舌、近遠(yuǎn)中分別為1.0、0.5 mm,1.5、1.0 mm,2.0、1.5 mm。所有樣本牙行纖維樁核冠修復(fù)后于萬能實驗機上加載,記錄牙體折裂時載荷值及折裂模式。結(jié)果折裂載荷均值顯示:高度1 mm,厚度頰舌1.0 mm、近遠(yuǎn)中0.5 mm組最小,高度3 mm,厚度頰舌2.0 mm、近遠(yuǎn)中1.5mm組最大;單因素方差分析,高度一致時隨厚度增加載荷均值提高,高度1 mm時厚度頰舌1.0 mm、近遠(yuǎn)中0.5 mm組與厚度頰舌1.5 mm、近遠(yuǎn)中1.0 mm組間差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;厚度一致時隨高度增加載荷均值提高,厚度頰舌1.0mm、近遠(yuǎn)中0.5 mm時,高度2 mm組與高度3 mm組間差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論纖維樁核冠修復(fù)后的前磨牙牙本質(zhì)肩領(lǐng)高1 mm、頰舌向厚1.0 mm、近遠(yuǎn)中厚0.5 mm即可行使正常咀嚼功能。牙本質(zhì)肩領(lǐng)高度和厚度對前磨牙的抗折性交互作用,若牙本質(zhì)肩領(lǐng)過薄/過低可通過保留更高的肩領(lǐng)高度/更厚的肩領(lǐng)厚度獲得更大的抗折性能。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of different thickness and height of dentin shoulder collar on the fracture resistance of premolars repaired with fibrous post-core crown. Methods after root canal treatment, 72 mandibular premolars were randomly divided into 3 groups, 24 in each group, the height of the predentine shoulder collar was 1 2 mm, and each height group was randomly divided into 3 subgroups, each with 8 teeth, the thickness of the dentine shoulder collar was prepared, and the thickness of the cheek and tongue of the dentine collar was prepared. In the proximal distance, it was 1.0 0. 5 mm / 1. 5 鹵1. 0 鹵1. 0 mm / 2. 5 mm 路m ~ (-1), respectively. All the teeth were repaired with fiber post core crown and loaded on a universal experimental machine to record the fracture load and fracture mode. Results the mean value of fracture load was 1 mm in height, 1.0 mm in thickness of buccal tongue, the smallest in proximal 0.5 mm, 3 mm in height, 2.0 mm in thickness of buccal tongue, and the largest in near distant 1.5mm group, and in univariate analysis of variance, the mean value of load increased with the increase of thickness when height was the same. The thickness of buccal tongue was 1.0 mm at 1 mm height, 1.5 mm in proximal 0.5 mm group and 1.5 mm in proximal distance 1.0 mm, and the mean load increased with the increase of height when the thickness was the same, the thickness of buccal tongue was 1.0 mm in thickness and 0.5 mm in proximal distance. There was no significant difference between 2 mm height group and 3 mm height group. Conclusion the normal masticatory function can be performed after the restoration of the premolar dentin with fibrous post core crown (1 mm), the thickness of cheek and tongue is 1.0 mm, and the proximal and middle thickness is 0.5 mm. The interaction between the height and thickness of dentin shoulder collar on premolars is that if the dentin shoulder collar is too thin or too low, the higher the shoulder collar height / the thicker shoulder collar thickness, the better the flexural resistance can be obtained.
