【摘要】：目的:比較選擇性激光融積鈷鉻合金烤瓷冠和傳統(tǒng)鑄造鈷鉻合金烤瓷冠的臨床修復效果。方法 :選擇168例、220顆患牙,分別用選擇性激光融積鈷鉻合金烤瓷冠和鑄造鈷鉻合金烤瓷冠修復,在粘結后1、6、12、24個月進行隨訪觀察。采用美國公共健康協(xié)會的修訂標準對修復體的臨床效果進行評價,并用SPSS 20軟件包對數(shù)據(jù)進行t檢驗和χ2檢驗。結果:觀察期間失訪6例,隨訪162例共205件修復體,結果顯示,選擇性激光融積鈷鉻合金烤瓷冠患者滿意度較好。在粘結24個月后,1個修復體的邊緣密合度欠佳;而鑄造鈷鉻合金烤瓷冠組有6例邊緣著色,8例邊緣密合度欠佳,兩組間比較差異具有差異性(P0.05)。結論:選擇性激光融積鈷鉻合金烤瓷冠邊緣著色較少,具有良好的邊緣密合度,近期臨床效果滿意。
[Abstract]:Objective: To compare the clinical effect of selective laser melting cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crowns and traditional cast cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crowns. Methods: 168 cases and 220 teeth were selected by selective laser melting cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crown and cast cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crown respectively, and followed up for 1,6,12,24 months after bonding. The revised standard of the Health Association evaluated the clinical effects of the restorations and used the SPSS 20 software package to test the data by t test and x 2 test. Results: 6 cases were lost during the observation period and 205 restorations were followed up in 162 cases. The results showed that the selective laser thawing cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crowns had better satisfaction. 1 restorations after 24 months were bonded. The marginal consistency was poor, and the cast cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crown group had 6 cases of edge coloring, 8 cases with poor marginal consistency, and the difference between the two groups was different (P0.05). Conclusion: selective laser melting cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crown has less edge coloring, with good edge density, and recent clinical effect is satisfactory.
