【摘要】：目的研究腫瘤患者口腔感染真菌分布及敏感性,為臨床抗真菌藥物的選擇提供依據(jù)。方法選取2014年12月-2015年12月醫(yī)院口腔科診治82例腫瘤真菌感染患者臨床資料,采集患者標(biāo)本,分析腫瘤患者口腔感染真菌分布及其對抗真菌藥物的敏感性,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 18.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 82例口腔真菌感染腫瘤患者的科室分布相對較廣,排前3位的科室分別為老年科、ICU及內(nèi)分泌科,分別占31.71%、28.05%及12.20%;腫瘤口腔感染患者中共分離出真菌103株,排在前3位的分別為白色假絲酵母菌、熱帶假絲酵母菌以及光滑假絲酵母菌,分別占50.49%、20.39%以及12.62%;白色假絲酵母菌、熱帶假絲酵母菌及光滑假絲酵母菌對兩性霉素B敏感率均為100.00%。結(jié)論腫瘤患者口腔感染的真菌相對復(fù)雜,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)真菌的分離、鑒定,并根據(jù)真菌類型進(jìn)行藥敏試驗(yàn),選擇敏感抗菌藥物。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the distribution and sensitivity of oral fungal infection in tumor patients and to provide evidence for the selection of antifungal drugs. Methods from December 2014 to December 2015, the clinical data of 82 patients with tumor fungal infection were collected, and the distribution of oral infection fungi and the sensitivity of antifungal drugs were analyzed. The data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 software. Results the distribution of 82 patients with oral fungal tumor was relatively wide. The top 3 departments were geriatric ICU and endocrine department, accounting for 31.71% and 12.20% respectively, 103 strains of fungi were isolated from patients with oral infection. The top three were Candida albicans, Candida tropicalis and Candida smooth, accounting for 50.4920.39% and 12.62%, respectively, while Candida albicans, Candida tropicalis and Candida smooth were sensitive to amphotericin B. Conclusion the fungus of oral infection in tumor patients is relatively complex. The isolation and identification of fungi should be strengthened, and the drug sensitivity test should be carried out according to the types of fungi, and sensitive antimicrobial agents should be selected.
