【摘要】：目的探討口腔頜面部間隙感染患者的臨床特征和治療方案,以期能為后期治療提供參考。方法選取2013年1月-2015年1月醫(yī)院收治的100例口腔頜面部間隙感染患者為研究對(duì)象,分析其口腔頜面部間隙感染患者的感染部位、病原菌、綜合治療的臨床療效和并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 19.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 100例口腔頜面部間隙感染患者中以牙源性感染和腺源性感染為主,分別占67.00%、20.00%;感染部位以頜下間隙感染為主,共37例占37.00%;檢出100株病原菌,以革蘭陰性菌為主,68株占68.00%;臨床治療總有效率為95.00%,并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為11.00%。結(jié)論口腔頜面間隙感染多為牙源性感染,病情發(fā)展較快,在對(duì)患者進(jìn)行綜合治療的同時(shí)若能夠掌握患者感染的部位和病原菌,進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的治療,能夠提高臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical features and treatment of oral and maxillofacial space infection in order to provide reference for later treatment. Methods from January 2013 to January 2015, 100 patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection were selected as the study subjects, and the infection sites and pathogens of the patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection were analyzed. The clinical efficacy and complications of comprehensive therapy were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software. Results among 100 patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection, odontogenic infection and adenogenic infection were dominant, accounting for 67.00% and 20.00%, respectively, and 37 cases (37.00%) were found to be infected by submaxillary space infection. 100 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected. 68 strains of Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 68.00 strains, the total effective rate of clinical treatment was 95.00 and the incidence of complications was 11.00. Conclusion the oral and maxillofacial space infection is mostly odontogenic infection, and the disease develops rapidly. If we can grasp the location of infection and pathogenic bacteria of the patients, we can improve the clinical curative effect if we can treat the patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection at the same time.
