【摘要】：低位近中阻生的下頜第二磨牙常由于牙冠暴露不足及第三磨牙的影響較難矯治,本病例利用下頜舌弓增強(qiáng)支抗,自制頰側(cè)彈簧加力豎直阻生的下頜第二磨牙,操作簡(jiǎn)單,治療速度快,效果好。
[Abstract]:The mandibular second molars with low proximal and middle impingement are often difficult to be corrected because of the lack of crown exposure and the influence of the third molar. This case uses the mandibular tongue arch to enhance the Anchorage, and self-made the buccal spring and vertical impacted mandibular second molar, which is easy to operate. The treatment speed is fast, the effect is good.
