【摘要】：目的了解遵義市不同經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域兒童齲病流行病學(xué)特征,為制定具有區(qū)域針對(duì)性的兒童齲病防治策略提供理論依據(jù)。方法根據(jù)遵義市2013年最低工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)區(qū)域分類方法,將遵義市14個(gè)行政區(qū)域(縣、區(qū)、市)分為一類、二類、三類不同經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域;根據(jù)"遵義市第一次青少年兒童口腔健康流行病學(xué)調(diào)查報(bào)告"提供的各行政區(qū)域調(diào)查結(jié)果,計(jì)算一類和三類地區(qū)5歲組和12歲組兒童患齲率、齲均、齲補(bǔ)充填比,比較兩類地區(qū)之間的差異。結(jié)果一類地區(qū)5歲組兒童患齲率為34.84%,齲均為1.36,齲補(bǔ)充填比為6.03%;12歲組兒童患齲率為17.34%,齲均為0.30,齲補(bǔ)充填比為3.05%。三類地區(qū)5歲組兒童患齲率為38.14%,齲均為1.34,齲補(bǔ)充填比為1.98%;12歲組兒童患齲率為14.46%,齲均為0.27,齲補(bǔ)充填比為0.70%。5歲組一類和三類地區(qū)患齲率(χ2=1.27,P0.05)、齲均(t=0.05,P0.05)、齲補(bǔ)充填比(T=20,P0.05)差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;12歲組一類和三類地區(qū)患齲率、齲補(bǔ)充填比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=6.88,T=26,P值均≤0.05),齲均差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.25,P0.05)。結(jié)論遵義市5歲組兒童齲病流行廣泛程度、嚴(yán)重程度和兒童口腔預(yù)防保健水平在一類和三類地區(qū)之間差距不明顯,12歲組兒童齲病流行廣泛程度和口腔保健水平一類地區(qū)高于三類地區(qū)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of children caries in different economic regions of Zunyi and to provide theoretical basis for the development of regional strategies for the prevention and treatment of caries. Methods according to the regional classification method of minimum wage standard in 2013, 14 administrative regions (counties, districts, cities) in Zunyi city were divided into one class, two types and three different economic regions. According to the results of the survey of oral health epidemiology of adolescents and children in Zunyi City, the caries prevalence rate, caries average and caries supplementary filling ratio of children aged 5 years and 12 years old in the first and third groups were calculated. Compare the differences between the two regions. Results the caries rate of children aged 5 years was 34.84, the caries average was 1.36, the caries filling ratio was 6.0312 years old, the caries rate was 17.34, the caries average was 0.30, and the caries filling ratio was 3.05. The caries rate of children aged 5 years old in three regions was 38.14, the caries average was 1.34, the caries filling ratio was 1.98 and 12 years old, the caries rate was 14.46 and 0.27, the caries filling ratio was 0.70.5 years old and the caries rate was 0.70.5 years old and that of the first and third groups was 0.70.5 years old (蠂 2, 1.27, P 0. 05, 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, respectively), and the difference was significant (蠂 2, 1. 27, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, respectively).
