Micro-CT動態(tài)觀察大鼠牙齒移動過程中微觀結構的變化

【摘要】:目的·Micro-CT活體掃描動態(tài)觀察不同矯治力作用下,大鼠牙齒移動過程中微觀結構的變化。方法·選擇8周齡雄性SD大鼠15只,隨機分成3組,每組5只。對大鼠左側上頜第一磨牙分別施加20、50、100克力(1克力=0.009 8 N)的矯治力,持續(xù)加載14 d。在加力后的0、3、7、10、14 d,用Micro-CT對大鼠進行活體掃描,測量每個時間點牙根表面陷窩體積及骨小梁結構參數。結果·加力3 d,各組牙根表面陷窩體積略有增加,第3~10日明顯增加,第10日后增加緩慢;第7~14日,100克力力值組牙根表面陷窩體積顯著大于其他2組(P0.05)。隨著加力時間的推移,壓力側牙槽骨的骨體積分數逐漸減小,骨小梁形態(tài)變細小、數量減少,骨小梁間隙先減小后增寬,骨小梁有自板狀向桿狀轉變的趨勢,牙槽骨發(fā)生吸收,各力值組間變化趨勢一致。結論·不同矯治力值都會引起牙根吸收,吸收規(guī)律表現為緩慢期、快速期、穩(wěn)定期,過大的矯治力會導致更多的牙根吸收;牙齒移動過程中,壓力側牙槽骨均會發(fā)生吸收改建,其變化量與力值大小無明顯相關性。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of microstructures during tooth movement in rats under different orthodontic forces by Micro-CT scanning in vivo. Methods Fifteen 8-week old male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 rats in each group. The left maxillary first molars of rats were subjected to the orthodontic force of 20g 50100 klystrin (0.009 8 N) for 14 days. Rats were scanned in vivo with Micro-CT for 10 ~ 14 days after applied stress. The volume of root surface trabeculae and the structure parameters of trabeculae were measured at each time point. Results on the 3rd day, the volume of root surface lacunae increased slightly in each group, increased obviously from the 3rd to 10th day, and increased slowly on the 10th day, and the volume of the root surface pit in the 714 ~ 14th KL group was significantly larger than that in the other two groups (P 0.05). The bone volume fraction of the alveolar bone on the pressure side gradually decreased, the shape of the trabecular bone became smaller and the number decreased, the space of the trabecular bone decreased first and then widened, the trabecular bone changed from plate to rod, and the alveolar bone was absorbed. The change trend of the force value groups is the same. Conclusion different orthodontic force values can cause root resorption, and the absorption patterns are slow, rapid, stable, and excessive orthodontic force will lead to more root resorption, and resorption and remodeling of alveolar bone on the pressure side during tooth movement. There was no significant correlation between the variation and the force value.
