【摘要】：目的：語言是人類所特有的用于交際和交流思想的重要工具,它同人類生活以及工作中所有領(lǐng)域的一切活動都有直接的聯(lián)系。腭裂引起的語音障礙給很多人的日常生活帶來了較大的不便,但是,對于維吾爾語語音特點的腭裂語音的聲學(xué)特性,國內(nèi)外尚無全面系統(tǒng)地報道。故本次研究為創(chuàng)建符合維吾爾語語音特點的腭裂語音清晰度詞表奠定理論基礎(chǔ),為臨床語音病理學(xué)提供理論依據(jù)和參考。方法：研究對象選自新疆大學(xué)以及新疆師范大學(xué)維吾爾語系的維吾爾族學(xué)生,在安靜的錄音室內(nèi),一對一的進(jìn)行錄音。自主設(shè)計維吾爾語語音清晰度測試詞表,并通過300例語音資料的分析,完善語音清晰度測試詞表。結(jié)果：按照黏著性語言的語音學(xué)理論以及結(jié)合維吾爾語預(yù)言的語音特點,在“維吾爾語語音聲學(xué)特征參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)庫”的基礎(chǔ)上,參考漢語語音清晰度字表,首創(chuàng)現(xiàn)代維吾爾語語音清晰度測試詞表。結(jié)論：維吾爾語語音清晰度測試詞表適合使用維吾爾語所屬語系的腭裂患者或語音障礙的群體。語音發(fā)育遲緩、語言環(huán)境的影響、心里因素、功能性語音障礙等造成語音障礙�，F(xiàn)代維吾爾語語音清晰度測試詞表在對維吾爾語語音障礙患者嚴(yán)重程度的評價、診斷、治療標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及療效評估均具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: language is a special important tool for communication and communication of ideas. It is directly related to all activities in all fields of human life and work. The speech barrier caused by cleft palate has brought great inconvenience to many people's daily life. However, there is no comprehensive and systematic report on the acoustic characteristics of cleft palate speech in Uygur language. Therefore, this study lays a theoretical foundation for the establishment of a cleft palate speech articulation lexicon in accordance with the characteristics of Uygur speech, and provides a theoretical basis and a reference for clinical phonological pathology. Methods: Uighur students from Xinjiang University and Uygur language Department of Xinjiang normal University were recorded one-to-one in a quiet recording room. The vocabulary of Uygur speech articulation test is designed, and the vocabulary of speech intelligibility test is improved by analyzing 300 cases of speech data. Results: according to the phonetics theory of adherent language and the phonetic characteristics of Uygur prophecy, and on the basis of "Uygur speech acoustic characteristic parameter database", the Chinese phonetic articulation word table was consulted. The first modern Uygur speech articulation test vocabulary. Conclusion: the vocabulary of Uygur speech intelligibility test is suitable for patients with cleft palate or speech disorders. Speech retardation, the influence of language environment, psychological factors, functional phonological disorders, etc. Modern Uygur speech articulation test vocabulary has guiding significance in evaluating the severity of Uygur speech disorders, diagnosis, treatment criteria and evaluation of curative effect.
