【摘要】：佩戴運(yùn)動(dòng)牙托可以緩沖外力,降低頜面部損傷的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。運(yùn)動(dòng)牙托種類較多,其中個(gè)性化定制運(yùn)動(dòng)牙托具有較好的保護(hù)作用和較高的舒適度而備受歡迎。個(gè)性化定制運(yùn)動(dòng)牙托的膜片加熱后可發(fā)生延展,隨后發(fā)生厚度變化,尤以切牙區(qū)膜片的厚度變化更能影響其保護(hù)性能;因此,筆者就影響個(gè)性化定制運(yùn)動(dòng)牙托膜片切牙區(qū)的厚度變化的膜片硬度、膜片形狀和膜片表面設(shè)計(jì)等膜片因素,工作模厚度和工作模擺放角度等工作模因素,加壓方法,夾持托盤形狀、夾持方式和夾持托盤與工作模底座的距離等夾持因素,加壓時(shí)間等的研究進(jìn)展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Wearing a sports tooth can cushion the external force and reduce the risk of maxillofacial injury. There are many kinds of movement teeth, among which the individualized custom motion teeth have good protection and high comfort. The diaphragm of the personalized motion tooth can be extended after heating, and then the thickness changes, especially in the incisor area diaphragm. The change of thickness can affect the protection performance more. Therefore, the author affects the film hardness, the shape of the diaphragm and the surface design of the diaphragm, the working die thickness and the working mode angle, etc., the pressure method, the clamping tray shape, the clamping way and the clamp holding. The research progress of the clamping factors such as the distance between the tray and the working die base, and the time of pressurization are reviewed.
