三維照相系統(tǒng)采集單側(cè)唇腭裂患者面部形態(tài)的精確性研究

【摘要】:目的:初步探究三維照相系統(tǒng)采集唇腭裂患者面部軟組織三維影像用于臨床常用線距及面積測量的精確性。方法:以15個(gè)單側(cè)完全性唇腭裂患者頜面部翻制石膏模型為研究對(duì)象,分別用三坐標(biāo)儀與三維照相系統(tǒng)采集模型表面數(shù)據(jù),將兩組數(shù)據(jù)均導(dǎo)入Imageware 13.2軟件進(jìn)行圖像配準(zhǔn)分析,并測量9個(gè)臨床常用面部軟組織表面特征線距與4個(gè)區(qū)域面積。以三坐標(biāo)儀采集測量結(jié)果為金標(biāo)準(zhǔn),使用配對(duì)t檢驗(yàn)法比較三維照相系統(tǒng)采集測量值與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值有無顯著性差異。結(jié)果:配準(zhǔn)結(jié)果顯示兩組圖像在鼻尖和唇峰處偏差較大,統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果表明5個(gè)線距測量項(xiàng)目存在顯著性差異(P0.01),但差值均在0~0.5 mm以內(nèi);4個(gè)面積測量項(xiàng)目中僅患側(cè)唇面積存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),但面積誤差小于8 mm~2。結(jié)論:3dMDFace三維照相系統(tǒng)對(duì)唇腭裂患者翻制石膏模型的雙側(cè)唇部區(qū)域采集測量值與金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相比存在顯著差異,但誤差值均在臨床可接受范圍內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the accuracy of 3D imaging of facial soft tissue in patients with cleft lip and palate. Methods: fifteen maxillofacial plaster models of patients with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate were studied. The surface data of the models were collected by 3D camera system and the data were imported into Imageware 13.2 software for image registration analysis. At the same time, 9 facial soft tissue surface features and 4 areas were measured. Taking the measurement results of the 3D camera as the gold standard, a paired t test method was used to compare the difference between the measured values and the standard values of the 3D camera system. Results: the registration results showed that the deviation between the nasal tip and the lip peak was large in the two groups. The statistical results showed that there was significant difference in the five line distance measurement items, but the difference was within 0 ~ 0. 5 mm, and the area error was less than 8 mm / 2 among the four measurement items, only the area of the affected side lip was statistically different (P 0. 05), but the area error was less than 8 mm / 2. Conclusion there is a significant difference between the measured values of bilateral lip region and gold standard in the Gypsum model of cleft lip and cleft palate by using the 3 D MDFace system, but the error is within the range of clinical acceptability.
