【摘要】：目的分析牙髓再生的臨床治療,為提高臨床治療效果提供有價值理論參考。方法將2015年4月~2016年4月進(jìn)入我院的急性牙髓炎患者80例,分為實驗組和對照組,對照組采用氫氧化鈣覆蓋,實驗組采用可吸收明膠海綿支架加MTA封閉,比較兩組治療效果。結(jié)果實驗組成功32例(80.0%)明顯高于對照組成功10例(25.0%),兩組在治療成功率方面差異顯著具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論針對牙髓再生采用可吸收明膠海綿支架加MTA具有良好的臨床治療效果,值得臨床推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical treatment of dental pulp regeneration and provide valuable theoretical reference for improving the clinical treatment effect. Methods Eighty patients with acute pulpitis who entered our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was covered with calcium hydroxide, and the experimental group was covered with absorbable gelatin sponge stent and MTA. Results the success rate of 32 cases in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (10 cases, 25.0%), and the difference between the two groups in the success rate of treatment was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the use of absorbable gelatin sponge scaffold plus MTA for pulp regeneration has a good clinical effect and is worth popularizing.
