混合陶瓷表面的不同處理對粘結(jié)強度影響的實驗研究

【摘要】:目的通過對混合陶瓷表面不同的處理方法,研究其對臨床上常用的粘接劑的粘接強度的影響。方法本實驗選用Vita Enamic混合瓷塊,用CAD/CAM方法切割成10×10×3mm試件78塊,根據(jù)表面處理方法,隨機分為6組,每組12個試件:A組:對照組;B組:噴砂處理;C組:酸蝕組;D組:硅烷處理組;E組:酸蝕+硅烷處理;F組:噴砂+硅烷處理。每一組12個試件又隨機分為兩小組,每組6個試件,其中第1組用于樹脂粘接劑組,第2小組用于玻璃離子組。將單面透明膠帶打一半徑2mm的圓孔,貼在試件的處理面上。然后分別用Embrace TM雙固化樹脂粘接劑和Fuji-1玻璃離子粘固劑,在每個試件處理表面,制作粘接面半徑2mm,高4mm的圓柱體,靜止24h后用電子萬能力學(xué)測試機(Instron2343型,USA)測試每個試件的粘接強度。結(jié)果在測試刀頭進率為0.5mm/min的條件下,各組的粘接強度(MPa)分別為Embrace TM雙固化樹脂粘接劑組:A1組:6.2199±0.9662、B1組:8.3043±1.2074、C1組:7.2266±1.1112、D1組:15.0703±1.1033、E1組:9.6446±1.1725、F1組:13.1765±2.312;Fuji-Ⅰ玻璃離子粘固劑組:A2組:2.45±0.30、B2組:3.40±0.57、C2組:4.99±0.42、D2組:2.19±0.31、E2組:3.91±0.39、F2組:2.52±0.98。結(jié)論酸蝕、噴砂、涂硅烷偶聯(lián)劑,單獨或聯(lián)合對混合陶瓷表面處理,均可提高其與樹脂粘接劑的粘接強度,其中硅烷偶聯(lián)劑增強樹脂粘接強度最好,噴砂效果優(yōu)于酸蝕;酸蝕和噴砂處理可提高其與玻璃離子粘接劑粘接強度,其中酸蝕組效果優(yōu)于噴砂處理組,涂硅烷偶聯(lián)劑非但不提高玻璃離子粘接劑的粘接強度,反而損害了二者之間的粘接強度。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of mixed ceramic surface treatment on the bonding strength of common adhesives. Methods 78 Vita Enamic mixed porcelain pieces were cut into 10 脳 10 脳 3mm samples by CAD/CAM. According to the surface treatment method, they were randomly divided into 6 groups. There were 12 samples in each group: control group B group: sand blasting group C group: acid etching group D group: silane treatment group E group: acid etching silane treatment group F group: sand blasting silane treatment group. Each group of 12 specimens were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 6 specimens, the first group for resin adhesive group, group 2 for glass ion group. One-sided transparent tape is taped into a circular hole with radius of 2mm and affixed to the treatment surface of the specimen. Then using Embrace TM double curing resin binder and Fuji-1 glass ion binder respectively, the cylinder with 2 mm radius of bonding surface and high 4mm was made on the surface of each specimen.
