【摘要】：目的探討簡(jiǎn)化顯微外科技術(shù)在面部皮膚小腫物處理中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法將72例面部皮膚小腫物患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組37例和對(duì)照組35例,分別采用簡(jiǎn)化顯微外科技術(shù)和常規(guī)方式切除縫合;術(shù)后第3天起觀察切口愈合情況,術(shù)后第6、12個(gè)月采用溫哥華瘢痕量表(VSS)評(píng)價(jià)瘢痕情況,觀察腫物復(fù)發(fā)情況,評(píng)價(jià)患者滿(mǎn)意度。結(jié)果觀察組切口甲級(jí)愈合率100%,高于對(duì)照組的62.86%(P0.05);觀察組切口愈合時(shí)間為(5±0.6)d,短于對(duì)照組的(8±0.2)d(P0.05)。觀察組術(shù)后12個(gè)月VSS評(píng)分低于術(shù)后第6個(gè)月,且均低于同時(shí)點(diǎn)對(duì)照組VSS評(píng)分(P均0.05)。觀察組隨訪12個(gè)月均無(wú)復(fù)發(fā),對(duì)照組有3例復(fù)發(fā)(P0.05)。觀察組患者滿(mǎn)意度為100%,高于對(duì)照組的74.29%(P0.05)。結(jié)論簡(jiǎn)化顯微外科技術(shù)用于處理面部皮膚小腫物療效好,患者滿(mǎn)意度高。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application value of simplified microsurgical technique in the treatment of facial skin masses. Methods Seventy-two patients with small facial skin masses were randomly divided into the observation group (n = 37) and the control group (n = 35). Vancouver scar scale (VSS) was used to evaluate the scar condition, to observe the recurrence of tumor, and to evaluate the patients' satisfaction at the 6th and 12th months after operation. Results the healing rate of incision A in the observation group was 100%, which was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the healing time of the incision in the observation group was 5 鹵0.6 days, which was shorter than that in the control group (P 0.05). The VSS score of the observation group at 12 months after operation was lower than that of the 6th month after operation, and it was lower than that of the control group at the same time (P < 0.05). There was no recurrence in the observation group for 12 months, and 3 cases in the control group. The satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was 100, higher than that in the control group (74.29%, P 0.05). Conclusion the simplified microsurgical technique is effective and satisfactory for the treatment of small facial skin masses.
