西吡氯銨含片對(duì)口臭致臭菌和致臭底物作用的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:目的通過西吡氯銨含片對(duì)口源性口臭致臭菌和致臭底物的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,探討西吡氯銨含片對(duì)口源性口臭治療的效果。方法通過連續(xù)稀釋法檢測(cè)西吡氯銨對(duì)致臭菌牙齦卟啉單胞菌(P.gingivalis,Pg)、中間普雷沃菌(P.intermedius,Pi)、具核梭桿菌(F.subsp nucleatum,Fn)和口腔正常有益菌唾液鏈球菌(Streptococcus salivarius,Ss)的最低抑菌濃度(minimal Inhibitory Concentration,MIC);并檢測(cè)西吡氯銨對(duì)3種致臭菌分別培養(yǎng)4 h和8 h后的揮發(fā)性硫化物(volatile sulfur compounds,VSCs)水平的影響;進(jìn)一步通過半胱氨酸激發(fā)模擬口臭實(shí)驗(yàn),檢測(cè)西吡氯銨含片對(duì)激發(fā)的VSCs的抑制率和持續(xù)時(shí)間。結(jié)果西吡氯銨對(duì)所有實(shí)驗(yàn)菌具有抑菌能力,但對(duì)唾液鏈球菌MIC值均高于其對(duì)致臭菌的MIC值;1%西吡氯銨與1%氯己定在作用Pg、Pi和Fn 4 h時(shí),抑制作用相當(dāng)(P0.05),但在作用8 h時(shí),抑制作用西吡氯銨低于氯己定(P0.05);半胱氨酸激發(fā)模擬口臭實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,西吡氯銨含片在30~120 min內(nèi)對(duì)VSCs水平的抑制率與1%聚維酮碘漱口液相當(dāng)(P0.05),在60~120 min內(nèi)高于西吡氯銨漱口液(P0.05)。且西吡氯銨含片下調(diào)半胱氨酸激發(fā)的VSCs水平的持續(xù)時(shí)間為235 min,長于西吡氯銨漱口液,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論西吡氯銨含片能有效抑制口腔致臭菌,對(duì)治療口源性口臭有良好的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy of cipiramide buccal tablets in the treatment of oral halitosis. Methods the minimum Inhibitory concentration (minimal Inhibitory Concentration mice) of cepiramide against P. gingivalis, P. intermedius Pignum, F. nucleatum Fn. and Streptococcus salivus Ss. were determined by continuous dilution method. Effects of ammonium pyridine on volatile sulfur compounds (VSCs) levels of volatile sulphide compounds cultured for 4 h and 8 h, respectively. Furthermore, the inhibition rate and duration of cepiramide buccal tablets on stimulated VSCs were determined by cysteine stimulated simulated halitosis experiment. Results the bacteriostasis ability of cetylpyridinium chloride on all experimental bacteria was higher than that on Streptococcus saliva by MIC value of 1% ceftripimide and 1% chlorhexidine for 4 h, the inhibitory effect was similar to that of P0. 05% P0. 05, but at 8 h, the inhibitory effect of cipiramide on Streptococcus salivary was similar to that of 1% chlorhexidine in the presence of PgN Pi and FN for 4 h. The inhibitory effect of cetylpyridinium chloride was lower than that of chlorhexidine P0.05.The result of cysteine stimulated simulated halitosis experiment showed that the inhibitory rate of cetylpyridinium chloride buccal tablet on VSCs level was the same as that of 1% povidone iodine gargle in 30 ~ 120 min, and was higher than that of cipiramide gargle in 60 ~ 120 min. The duration of the down-regulation of cysteine-induced VSCs level was 235min, which was longer than that of cipiramine gargle (P 0.05). Conclusion Xipiramide buccal tablet can effectively inhibit oral odorific bacteria and has a good effect on oral halitosis.
