【摘要】：目的比較使用阿替卡因進(jìn)行牙周韌帶注射與頰腭側(cè)黏膜下浸潤麻醉在鼻咽癌患者放射治療后上頜磨牙急性牙髓炎的麻醉效果。方法選取鼻咽癌患者放射治療后上頜磨牙急性牙髓炎的患者82例,隨機(jī)分為周韌帶注射組與頰腭側(cè)黏膜下浸潤麻醉組,每組41例;進(jìn)行開髓術(shù),對(duì)比兩組患者的麻醉效果。結(jié)果麻醉完全率,牙周韌帶注射組與頰腭側(cè)黏膜下浸潤麻醉組差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.78),麻醉效果總體成功率,牙周韌帶注射組100%,高于頰腭側(cè)黏膜下浸潤麻醉組95.1%,但兩組差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.15)。周圍軟組織麻木感,牙周韌帶注射組明顯低于頰腭側(cè)黏膜下浸潤麻醉組,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在鼻咽癌放射治療后上頜磨牙急性牙髓炎開髓術(shù)中,使用阿替卡因進(jìn)行牙周韌帶注射值得推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the anesthetic effect of acute pulpitis of maxillary molars after radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) by using altevacaine for periodontal ligament injection and buccal and palatal submucosal infiltration anesthesia. Methods Eighty-two patients with acute pulpitis of maxillary molars after radiotherapy were randomly divided into peri-ligament injection group and buccopalatine submucosal infiltration anesthesia group (41 cases in each group). Results the complete rate of anesthesia was not significantly different between the periodontal ligament injection group and the buccopalatine submucosal infiltration anesthesia group. The periodontal ligament injection group (100) was higher than the buccal palate submucosal infiltration anesthesia group (95.1%), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P < 0. 15). The peripheral soft tissue numbness in the periodontal ligament injection group was significantly lower than that in the buccal and palatal submucosal infiltration anesthesia group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Atevacaine for periodontal ligament injection in acute pulpitis of maxillary molars after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma is worth popularizing.
