【摘要】：目的通過(guò)Q分類法來(lái)調(diào)查正畸醫(yī)生與正畸患者對(duì)面部美學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)及其差別,同時(shí)調(diào)查男性與女性對(duì)面部美學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)及其差別。 方法：將96例正畸完成后的患者(48例男,48例女)臨床照片由20名經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的正畸醫(yī)生(7男,13女)和25名正畸患者(13男,12女)用Q分類法進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。Kappa檢驗(yàn)和McNemar檢驗(yàn)用來(lái)評(píng)估正畸醫(yī)生和正畸患者之間,以及男女之間對(duì)面部美學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)是否一致和其差別。 結(jié)果：在對(duì)男性面部美觀調(diào)查中,正畸醫(yī)師與正畸患者的評(píng)價(jià)具有較高的一致性(Kappa值=0.61;P005)。男性與女性的評(píng)價(jià)具有較高的一致性(Kappa值=0.57;P0.001)。在對(duì)女性面部美觀調(diào)查中,正畸醫(yī)師與正畸患者的評(píng)價(jià)的一致性較差(Kappa值=0.40;PO.001),男性與女性的評(píng)價(jià)的一致性也較差(Kappa值=0.39;P0.005),男性認(rèn)為好看的比率要大于女性,不過(guò)這兩者區(qū)別不太大。在面部美學(xué)取決性因素調(diào)查中,在所給的9個(gè)選項(xiàng)(眼睛、鼻子、嘴巴、牙齒、臉部、正面像、微笑像、側(cè)面像、其他)中,所以調(diào)查者中選擇眼睛的比率是92.78%,鼻子為90.12%,嘴巴為50.66%,牙齒53.84%,臉部51.44%,正面像55.69%,微笑像56.11%,側(cè)面像60.37%,其他(發(fā)型、額頭、皮膚等)10.24%。其中在所有正畸醫(yī)生的調(diào)查中選擇比率最高的是側(cè)面像91.33%。在所有患者中選擇比率最高的是眼睛91.51%。 結(jié)論：1、正畸醫(yī)師與正畸患者在對(duì)男性面部美觀評(píng)價(jià)調(diào)查中顯示出較高的一致性,而在對(duì)女性面部美觀調(diào)查中,兩者的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)論一致性較差。2、男性與女性在對(duì)男性面部美觀評(píng)價(jià)調(diào)查中也具有較高的一致性,而在對(duì)女性面部美觀調(diào)查中,兩者的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)論一致性也較差。3、在所有的調(diào)查中,正畸醫(yī)師與正畸患者、男性與女性都認(rèn)為在面部美觀中,眼睛、鼻子的美觀是比較重要的,但正畸醫(yī)生多會(huì)再考慮側(cè)面像,正畸患者則比較少會(huì)考慮。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the evaluation and difference of facial aesthetics between orthodontics and orthodontic patients by Q classification, and to investigate the evaluation and difference of facial aesthetics between male and female. Methods: the clinical photographs of 96 orthodontic patients (48 males and 48 females) were evaluated by Q classification, including 20 experienced orthodontists (7 males and 13 females) and 25 orthodontic patients (13 males and 12 females). Kappa test and McNemar test were used to evaluate the clinical photographs of 96 orthodontic patients. The rate of good-looking was higher in men than in women, but the difference between the two was not too big. In the facial Aesthetics dependent factors Survey, nine options (eyes, nose, mouth, teeth, face, front image, smile image, profile image, etc.) were given. So the percentage of eyes chosen among the investigators is 92.78, the nose is 90.12, the mouth is 50.66, the teeth are 53.84, the face is 51.4444, the head is like 55.691.69, the smile is like 56.11, the side is like 60.37, and others (hair, forehead, skin, etc.) are 10.24. Of all orthodontists, the highest selection rate was lateral 91.33. The highest selection rate of all patients was the eye 91.51. Conclusion: 1. Orthodontists and orthodontic patients showed a high consistency in the evaluation of male facial aesthetics, while in female facial aesthetics surveys, The consistency of the two evaluation conclusions is not good. 2. The male and female also have high consistency in the evaluation of male facial beauty, and in the female facial beauty survey, the consistency of the two evaluation conclusions is also poor. 3. In all the surveys, Orthodontists and orthodontists, both men and women, think that the beauty of the eyes and nose is more important in facial beauty, but orthodontists think more about side images, and less about orthodontic patients.
