河南青年人上前牙區(qū)游離齦和牙齦乳頭形態(tài)的研究

【摘要】:目的: 通過測量河南省青年人上前牙區(qū)游離齦和牙齦乳頭形態(tài)的相關參數(shù)數(shù)值,分析牙形與各牙齦形態(tài)參數(shù)間的相關關系、同一牙形在不同牙位間的差異以及各牙齦參數(shù)間的相關規(guī)律,為河南省青年人上前牙區(qū)牙齦參數(shù)的統(tǒng)一制定提供依據。 方法: 選取河南省青年人115例作為研究對象,采用精細藻酸鹽印模材料獲取牙列模型,,數(shù)顯游標卡尺(精度0.01mm)測量與上前牙區(qū)牙齦形態(tài)相關的牙齦美學參數(shù):牙齦角度(GA)、齦乳頭高度(PH)、齦緣水平距離(GZL)、牙齦頂點(GZP)與牙冠長軸(VBM)的距離。根據上中切牙牙體形態(tài),分為方圓形(41),橢圓形(41)和尖圓形(33)3組,并對其測量結果用SPSS18.0進行統(tǒng)計分析。 結果: 1.測量得出了河南省青年人上前牙區(qū)GA、PH、GZL、GZP與VBM距離四組牙齦參數(shù)的相關數(shù)值。 2.側切牙的GZL:男性女性;側切牙的GZP偏向VBM遠中的距離:男性女性。 3.三種牙形上前牙區(qū)的GA:方圓形橢圓形、尖圓形;PH:尖圓形橢圓形方圓形;GZP:中切牙、側切牙偏向遠中,尖牙在VBM上。 4.上前牙區(qū)不同牙位間的GA:尖牙中切牙側切牙;PH:中切牙(CI-CI)側切牙(CI-LI)尖牙(LI-CA);GZP偏向VBM遠中的距離:中切牙、側切牙尖牙。 5.方圓形、橢圓形、尖圓形的GA與相應的PH均存在線性相關性。 結論: 1.河南省青年人上前牙區(qū)GA、PH與上中切牙牙形密切相關;GZP、GZL與上中切牙牙形關系較小。性別對GZP、GZL的影響較大,對PH、GA影響較小。 2.在同一牙形中,河南省青年人上前牙區(qū)GA、PH、GZP在不同牙位間(中切牙、側切牙、尖牙)中具有顯著性的差異;GA與PH呈負性相關性。
[Abstract]:Objective: By measuring the relative parameters of free gingiva and gingival papilla of young people in Henan Province, the correlation between tooth shape and gingival shape was analyzed. The difference of the same tooth shape in different tooth position and the correlation rule among the gingival parameters provide the basis for the unified formulation of the gingival parameters in the premolar region of young people in Henan Province. Methods: 115 young people in Henan Province were selected to obtain dentition model with fine alginate impression material. The aesthetic parameters of gingival related to gingival morphology in anterior teeth were measured by digital display caliper (accuracy 0.01 mm): gingival angle, gingival papilla height, GZL, GZP and VBMs. According to the shape of the upper central incisor teeth, the teeth were divided into three groups, one group was divided into three groups, one group was the square round incisor, the other was the oval shape. The measured results were statistically analyzed by SPSS18.0. Results: 1. The gingival parameters of the four groups of GZP and VBM distance in the anterior teeth of young people in Henan Province were measured. 2. GZL of lateral incisor: male female; GZP of lateral incisor biased VBM distance: male female. 3. GA-: oblong oval, apical orbicular PH3: Apoid oval square round GZP: central incisor, lateral incisor is far away, canine is on VBM. 4. GZP between different positions of anterior incisor: central incisor: Ph: CI-CII) CI-LI) CI-LI) the distance of GZP bias to VBM is: central incisor, lateral incisor canine (CI-CII) CI-LI) the distance of GZP bias to VBM is: central incisor, lateral incisor canines. 5. There was a linear correlation between the square round, oval and pointed round GA and the corresponding PH. Conclusion: 1. There is a close relationship between GAPH and the shape of upper incisor in young people in Henan Province. The relationship between GZPU GZL and the shape of upper incisor is relatively small. Sex had a great influence on GZP GZL, but had little effect on PHG GA. 2. In the same tooth shape, the GZP of GAPH-GZP in the premolar region of young people in Henan Province was significantly different among different tooth positions (central incisor, lateral incisor, canine). There was a negative correlation between GA and PH.
