【摘要】：急性牙髓炎是牙髓組織的急性炎癥,由于進(jìn)入牙髓的血流增多,導(dǎo)致牙齒髓腔內(nèi)壓力增加,增強(qiáng)了對神經(jīng)的刺激,疼痛因而加劇。特點(diǎn)是發(fā)病急、伴有劇烈疼痛。而激發(fā)疼痛的因素包括內(nèi)因與外因,但并沒有統(tǒng)一的觀點(diǎn),尤其關(guān)于一日內(nèi)疼痛變化情況及疼痛發(fā)作與生活作息時間的相關(guān)性的研究至今仍不清楚。本研究以此為切入點(diǎn),探討急性牙髓炎疼痛發(fā)作與時間相關(guān)性的研究。目的:依據(jù)疼痛患者的敘述,分析一日內(nèi)疼痛變化與時間相關(guān)的研究,為臨床診治提供參考依據(jù)。方法:選擇2014年-2016年在吉林大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)院牙體牙髓病科就診,診斷為急性牙髓炎80名患者,在患者知情同意的條件下,對患者的性別、年齡、牙位、疼痛的特點(diǎn)、發(fā)作時間及起床、吃飯、沐浴、就寢時間等生活作息時間進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,并記錄結(jié)果后通過計算機(jī)軟件SPSS19.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析統(tǒng)計。結(jié)果:急性牙髓炎引發(fā)的疼痛,發(fā)作時間主要集中在傍晚到深夜和清晨7點(diǎn)到8點(diǎn)這兩個時間段。清晨7點(diǎn)到8點(diǎn)疼痛發(fā)作患者與起床時間具有極顯著相關(guān)性,早餐時間與疼痛發(fā)作時間具有顯著相關(guān)性。傍晚到深夜疼痛發(fā)作的患者與疼痛發(fā)作無相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:急性牙髓炎引發(fā)的疼痛白天到傍晚不易發(fā)病,在清晨和深夜容易發(fā)病。21點(diǎn)左右發(fā)病人數(shù)最多,在22點(diǎn)疼痛程度達(dá)到最大。起床時間以及早餐時間與疼痛發(fā)病時間顯示具有相關(guān)性。午餐、晚餐、沐浴及就寢時間與疼痛發(fā)病無相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Acute pulpitis is an acute inflammation of dental pulp tissue. Because of the increase of blood flow into dental pulp, the pressure in dental pulp cavity is increased, the nerve stimulation is enhanced, and the pain is aggravated. Characterized by acute onset, accompanied by severe pain. The factors that stimulate pain include internal cause and external cause, but there is no uniform view, especially about the change of pain in one day and the correlation between pain attack and daily rest time. In this study, we studied the relationship between acute pulpitis pain and time. Objective: according to the narration of pain patients, to analyze the relationship between pain change and time in one day, to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: 80 patients with acute pulpitis were selected from the dental pulp department of Jilin University Stomatology Hospital from 2014 to 2016. Under the condition of informed consent, the characteristics of sex, age, tooth position and pain were analyzed. The time of onset and the time of getting up, eating, bathing and going to bed were investigated by questionnaire, and the results were recorded and statistically analyzed by computer software SPSS19.0. Results: the onset time of acute pulpitis was mainly from late evening to late evening and from 7: 00 to 8: 00 in the morning. There was a significant correlation between the onset of pain and the time of getting up from 7: 00 to 8: 00 in the morning, and there was a significant correlation between the time of breakfast and the time of onset of pain. There was no correlation between late evening and late night pain attacks. Conclusion: the pain caused by acute pulpitis is not easy to come into being from day to evening. The time of getting up and breakfast were correlated with the onset of pain. Lunch, dinner, bath and bedtime were not associated with pain.
