【摘要】：目的:探討白細胞介素10-597(C/A)位點單核苷酸多態(tài)性與新疆墨玉縣維吾爾族成人慢性牙周炎之間相關(guān)性,為該地區(qū)維吾爾族成人慢性牙周炎易感性的預(yù)測和防治提供理論依據(jù)。方法:自我團隊前期所建立的新疆墨玉地區(qū)慢性牙周炎生物樣本庫中,根據(jù)納入和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn),電腦隨機抽取每組100個,共300個頰粘膜試子樣本,實驗分為健康對照組、輕度慢性牙周炎組、中重度慢性牙周炎組。采用四引物等位基因特異性擴增法檢測受試者IL-10-597位點基因型和等位基因的分布,采通過卡方檢驗、有序多分類Logistic回歸等方法進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析,以探討IL-10597(C/A)位點與維吾爾族成人慢性牙周炎之間相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:卡方檢驗IL-10-597AA、AC和CC基因型及A、C等位基因頻率在健康對照組、輕度慢性牙周炎組、中重度慢性牙周炎組組間分布均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.814,P=0,640)。有序多分類Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,IL-10-597基因位點中任何一種基因型都不是慢性炎牙周炎的易感因素(AA基因型OR=0.78,95%CI:0.41-1.49,P=0.460;AC基因型OR=0.85,95%CI:0.50-1.47,P=0.569)結(jié)論:IL-10-597(C/A)位點單核苷酸多態(tài)性與新疆墨玉縣維吾爾族成人慢性牙周炎發(fā)病風(fēng)險無相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the correlation between the single nucleotide polymorphisms of interleukin 10-597 (C/A) loci and chronic periodontitis in Uygur adults in Moyu County, Xinjiang, and to provide a theoretical basis for the prediction and prevention of the susceptibility to chronic periodontitis in Uygur adults. Method: chronic periodontitis in Xinjiang Moyu area, which was established in the early period of self team. In the sample library, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 100 samples of 300 buccal mucosa specimens were randomly selected by computer. The experiment was divided into healthy control group, mild chronic periodontitis group and moderate and severe chronic periodontitis group. Four primer alleles specific amplification was used to detect the distribution of genotypes and alleles of IL-10-597 loci in the subjects. The correlation between IL-10597 (C/A) loci and Uygur adult chronic periodontitis was analyzed by chi square test and sequential multiple classification Logistic regression. Results: Chi square test the frequency of IL-10-597AA, AC and CC genotypes, A, C alleles in healthy control group, mild chronic periodontitis group, moderate and severe chronic periodontitis The distribution of the groups was not statistically significant (P=0.814, P=0640). The results of sequential multiple classification Logistic regression analysis showed that any genotype in the IL-10-597 loci was not a susceptible factor for chronic inflammatory periodontitis (AA genotype OR=0.78,95%CI:0.41-1.49, P=0.460; AC genotype OR=0.85,95%CI:0.50-1.47, P=0.569): IL-10-597 (C/A) Single nucleotide polymorphisms in loci were not associated with the risk of chronic periodontitis in Uygur adults in Moyu County, Xinjiang.
