下頜第一前磨牙根管形態(tài)及牙根變異的錐形束CT研究

【摘要】:目的目前關(guān)于下頜第一前磨牙根面溝及根管變異的相關(guān)性研究較少。文中旨在利用錐形束CT(CBCT)研究下頜第一前磨牙根管系統(tǒng)及牙根變異情況。方法選取天津醫(yī)科大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)院牙體牙髓科因正畸、種植或其他治療而拍攝CBCT的336名患者643顆下頜第一前磨牙。CBCT掃描數(shù)據(jù),記錄并測量相關(guān)信息,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 643顆牙齒中637顆(99.1%)牙齒為單根牙,6顆為雙根牙;502顆牙為單根管(78.1%),133顆牙為雙根管(20.7%)。牙根長度平均為(13.2±1.5)mm,根尖孔到解剖性根尖末端的距離平均為(0.93±0.35)mm。123顆(19.1%)牙齒牙根表面存在根面溝,其中雙根管占94顆(76.4%),雙根管牙齒的根管系統(tǒng)主要呈現(xiàn)Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ5種形態(tài)。123顆牙齒中Ⅴ型、Ⅲ型、Ⅶ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅳ型、Ⅰ型根管發(fā)生率分別為56.1%(69)、15.4%(19)、2.4%(3)、1.6%(2)和0.8%(1)、19.5%(24)。結(jié)論下頜第一前磨牙根管系統(tǒng)具有較大的變異性,CBCT能顯示牙齒復(fù)雜的解剖結(jié)構(gòu),從而為根管治療提供可靠依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the correlation between root canals and root canals in mandibular first premolars. The purpose of this paper is to study the root canal system and root root variation of mandibular first premolars by CT-CBCTs.
