【摘要】：目的了解重慶市渝西地區(qū)口腔衛(wèi)生資源配置現(xiàn)狀,調(diào)查該地區(qū)人群患齲率情況。方法采取多階段分層隨機整群抽樣方法抽取樣本,整理數(shù)據(jù)后,對城鎮(zhèn)、農(nóng)村調(diào)查醫(yī)療資源配置情況、公眾對口腔衛(wèi)生的知曉度進行比較分析,再以年齡分層分別對城鎮(zhèn)、農(nóng)村齲病患病情況進行比較分析。結果農(nóng)村地區(qū)口腔醫(yī)療資源配置情況、公眾對口腔衛(wèi)生知曉度均遠低于城鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)。在各年齡階段,渝西地區(qū)農(nóng)村人群的患齲率均高于城鎮(zhèn)人群,此外,研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)無論在城鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)或農(nóng)村地區(qū),5歲年齡組及12歲年齡組的男性與女性患齲率比較差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),但在35~44歲組及65~74歲組中,女性人群的患齲率均顯著高于男性(P0.05)。結論渝西地區(qū)農(nóng)村地區(qū)口腔醫(yī)療資源配置低下,群眾關于口腔衛(wèi)生知曉不足。對渝西地區(qū)所有處于35~44歲及65~74歲之間的女性,應當加強齲病的防治。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution of oral health resources and the prevalence of dental caries in Chongqing. Methods Multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling was used to collect samples. After collating the data, the distribution of medical resources and the public awareness of oral health were compared and analyzed respectively in urban and rural areas. The incidence of caries in rural areas was compared and analyzed. Results the distribution of oral health resources in rural areas and public awareness of oral health were significantly lower than those in urban areas. The prevalence of caries in rural population in western Chongqing was higher than that in urban population at all ages, in addition, the incidence of caries in rural population was higher than that in urban population. It was also found that there was no significant difference in caries prevalence between males and females in 5 and 12 years old groups in urban or rural areas. However, the caries prevalence rate of females was significantly higher than that of males in 35 ~ 44 years old group and 65 ~ 74 years old group (P < 0. 05%, P 0. 05%, P 0. 05%, P 0. 05%, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05). Conclusion the allocation of oral medical resources in rural areas of western Chongqing is low, and the people's knowledge about oral health is insufficient. The prevention and treatment of caries should be strengthened for all women aged 35 ~ 44 and 65 ~ 74 in western Chongqing.
