快速電熱聚合與水浴聚合對(duì)義齒基托性能的影響

【摘要】:目的通過比較快速電熱聚合與水浴聚合對(duì)義齒基托彎曲性能(包括彎曲強(qiáng)度和彎曲模量)、沖擊強(qiáng)度、洛氏硬度的影響,找出簡便、易操作且力學(xué)性能較好的聚合方法,為臨床應(yīng)用做出指導(dǎo)。方法1.制作80mm×10mm×4mm的基托蠟試條24個(gè),分為兩組,每組12個(gè),裝盒、去蠟后,一組用快速電熱聚合法聚合,另一組用普通水浴聚合法聚合。聚合后打磨拋光分別測(cè)試其彎曲強(qiáng)度。2.制作82mm×10mm×4mm的基托蠟試條24個(gè),分為兩組,每組12個(gè),聚合方法同上,聚合后打磨拋光分別測(cè)定其彎曲模量。3.制作78mm×10mm×4mm的基托蠟試條24個(gè),分為兩組,每組12個(gè),聚合(方法同上)后打磨拋光分別測(cè)試其沖擊強(qiáng)度。4.制作40mm×20mm×10mm的蠟樣條24個(gè),分為兩組,每組12個(gè),聚合方法同上,分別測(cè)其洛氏硬度。結(jié)果快速電熱聚合義齒基托樹脂的彎曲強(qiáng)度及彎曲模量均小于普通水浴聚合的基托樹脂,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);快速電熱聚合的義齒基托樹脂的沖擊強(qiáng)度小于普通水浴聚合的樹脂,其差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)�?焖匐姛峋酆狭x齒基托樹脂的洛氏硬度小于普通水浴聚合的義齒基托樹脂,兩者的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論普通水浴聚合后的義齒基托樹脂的力學(xué)性能優(yōu)于快速電熱聚合后義齒基托的性能,但快速電熱聚合后義齒基托的性能測(cè)試結(jié)果也符合國家醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)YY0270.1-2011《牙科學(xué)基托聚合物第1部分:義齒基托聚合物》中所規(guī)定的值。所以,快速電熱聚合是種節(jié)能、簡捷的聚合方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effects of rapid electrothermal polymerization and water bath polymerization on flexural properties (including bending strength, flexural modulus, impact strength, Rockwell hardness) of denture base, and to find out a simple, easy to operate and better mechanical property polymerization method. To provide guidance for clinical application. Method 1. Twenty-four base wax strips of 80mm 脳 10mm 脳 4mm were made and divided into two groups, 12 in each group. After packing and dewaxing, one group was polymerized by rapid electrothermal polymerization, the other group was polymerized by ordinary water bath polymerization. The bending strength. 2. 2. Twenty-four base wax strips of 82mm 脳 10mm 脳 4mm were made and divided into two groups (12 in each group). The polymerization method was the same as above. The bending modulus was measured by polishing and polishing after polymerization. Twenty-four base wax strips of 78mm 脳 10mm 脳 4mm were made and divided into two groups, 12 in each group. Twenty-four wax splines of 40mm 脳 20mm 脳 10mm were prepared and divided into two groups, 12 in each group. The method of polymerization was the same as above, and its Rockwell hardness was measured respectively. Results the flexural strength and flexural modulus of fast electrothermal polymerized denture base resin were lower than those of common water bath polymerized denture base resin. The impact strength of fast electrothermal polymerization denture base resin was lower than that of common water bath polymerization resin, but the difference was not statistically significant. The Rockwell hardness of fast electrothermal polymerized denture base resin was lower than that of common water bath polymerized denture base resin, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the mechanical properties of the denture base resin after water bath polymerization are better than those of the fast electrothermal polymerization denture base resin. However, the performance test results of the denture base after rapid electrothermal polymerization are also in accordance with the values specified in the National Medical device Industry Standard YY0270.1-2011 < Dental Base Polymer part 1: denture Base Polymer. Therefore, rapid electrothermal polymerization is a simple and energy saving polymerization method.
