平臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)換錐形鎖柱種植基臺(tái)的三維有限元疲勞分析

【摘要】:目的:通過(guò)三維有限元法了解錐形鎖柱結(jié)構(gòu)平臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)換種植體系統(tǒng)不同基臺(tái)材料疲勞壽命。方法:建立平臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)換連接種植體支持的下頜第一磨牙三維有限元模型,分析不同基臺(tái)材料疲勞壽命。結(jié)果:不同材料平臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)換連接基臺(tái)的疲勞壽命均是鈦基臺(tái)氧化鋯基臺(tái)氧化鋁基臺(tái)。結(jié)論:鈦基臺(tái)、氧化鋁基臺(tái)和氧化鋯基臺(tái)的疲勞壽命均在30年以上,決定不同材料基臺(tái)疲勞壽命的關(guān)鍵是其應(yīng)力集中點(diǎn),即基臺(tái)與種植體連接處。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the fatigue life of different abutment materials in conical locking column structure platform transfer implant system by three dimensional finite element method. Methods: the three dimensional finite element model of the first mandibular molar supported by the implant was established and the fatigue life of different abutment materials was analyzed. Results: the fatigue life of different material platform was zirconia base platform. Conclusion: the fatigue life of titanium, alumina and zirconia base is more than 30 years. The key to determine the fatigue life of different materials is the stress concentration point, that is, the joint between the base and the implant.
