【摘要】：目的探討高分辨率螺旋CT在頜骨囊性病變開窗術(shù)后療效評(píng)價(jià)中的價(jià)值。方法收集經(jīng)手術(shù)病理證實(shí)為頜骨囊性病變并具有完整臨床及影像學(xué)資料的病例共48例,所有病例均進(jìn)行開窗治療術(shù),并在術(shù)后進(jìn)行6個(gè)月~2年的隨訪復(fù)查,利用高分辨率螺旋CT對(duì)術(shù)后頜骨修復(fù)情況進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 CT可清晰顯示頜骨開窗術(shù)后囊腔變化及骨質(zhì)修復(fù)情況,所有病例均在隨訪過程中出現(xiàn)骨質(zhì)再生修復(fù),囊腔縮小,部分囊腔消失。結(jié)論高分辨率螺旋CT對(duì)頜骨囊性病變開窗術(shù)后療效評(píng)價(jià)具有重要價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of high resolution spiral CT in the evaluation of the curative effect of fenestration of cystic lesions of the jaws. Methods a total of 48 cases with complete clinical and imaging data confirmed by surgery and pathology were collected. All cases were treated with fenestration, and were followed up for 6 months after 6 months of follow-up, and high resolution was used. Results CT could clearly show the changes of the capsule cavity and the repair of bone after the opening of the jaws. All the cases were followed up with bone regeneration, the cystic cavity narrowed, and the partial cysts disappeared. Conclusion high resolution spiral CT has a serious effect on the evaluation of the curative effect after the opening of the maxillary cystic lesions. To value.
