【摘要】：目的：本研究采用兩種牙齦卟啉單胞菌fimA II型引物，檢測(cè)fimA II型牙齦卟啉單胞菌在根尖周感染中的分布情況，以及fimA II型與臨床癥狀的相關(guān)性。 材料與方法：采集135例臨床原發(fā)性尖周炎感染根管樣本，通過(guò)牙齦卟啉單胞菌16S rDNA特異引物PCR篩選牙齦卟啉單胞菌陽(yáng)性樣本，，再利用兩種牙齦卟啉單胞菌fimA II型特異引物，分別檢測(cè)牙齦卟啉單胞菌fimA II型在不同癥狀根尖周感染中的檢出率,并采用卡方檢驗(yàn)分析牙齦卟啉單胞菌fimA II型與根尖周感染臨床癥狀的相關(guān)性。 結(jié)果：牙齦卟啉單胞菌在根尖周炎感染根管中的檢出率為34.8%，根據(jù)牙齦卟啉單胞菌fimA II型傳統(tǒng)引物與新引物所獲得的fimA II型牙齦卟啉單胞菌檢出率無(wú)明顯差異（傳統(tǒng)引物：11.8%；新引物：12.6%）。牙齦卟啉單胞菌fimA II型的檢出率與瘺管正相關(guān)（P0.05），而與自發(fā)痛、叩痛、咬合痛、腫脹之間無(wú)顯著相關(guān)性（P0.05）。 結(jié)論：fimA II型牙齦卟啉單胞菌在根尖周炎感染根管內(nèi)的檢出率較高（10%），且在牙齦卟啉單胞菌檢出陽(yáng)性樣本中fimA II型與瘺管顯著相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the distribution of fimA II type porphyromonas gingivalis in periapical infection and the correlation between fimA II and clinical symptoms by using two fimA II primers of Porphyromonas gingivalis. Materials and methods: a total of 135 cases of clinical primary apical infection root canal samples were collected. The positive samples of Porphyromonas gingivalis were screened by 16s rDNA specific primers PCR, and two fimA II specific primers were used to screen the positive samples of Porphyromonas gingivalis. The detection rate of fimA II in different symptoms of periapical infection was detected, and the correlation between fimA II and clinical symptoms of periapical infection was analyzed by chi-square test. Results: the detection rate of porphyromonas gingivalis in infected root canals was 34.8%. There was no significant difference in the detection rate of fimA II type porphyromonas between traditional primers and new primers. The new primer is: 12.6. The detection rate of fimA II was positively correlated with fistula (P0.05), but not with spontaneous pain, percussive pain, occlusal pain and swelling. Conclusion the detection rate of porphyromonas gingivalis type II in apical periodontitis is higher than that in apical periodontitis, and fimA II is significantly related to fistula in positive samples of Porphyromonas gingivalis.
