【摘要】：目的觀察兩種玻璃纖維樁修復(fù)系統(tǒng)修復(fù)牙齒缺損的短期臨床療效。方法選擇北京宣武中醫(yī)醫(yī)院口腔科門診和北京大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)院特診科因牙體缺損進(jìn)行樁核冠修復(fù)的符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的120例患者,經(jīng)知情同意后,隨機(jī)分2組,每組60例,分別采用Tenax Fiber White纖維樁與國(guó)產(chǎn)OUYA FIBER纖維樁修復(fù)系統(tǒng)修復(fù),修復(fù)后1周與3個(gè)月復(fù)診,檢查纖維樁修復(fù)的臨床效果。結(jié)果 Tenax Fiber White纖維樁與OUYA FIBER纖維樁修復(fù)1周后,檢查纖維樁修復(fù)體的總體情況、邊緣密合性、邊緣著色情況,兩組滿意率均達(dá)到98%以上;3個(gè)月后復(fù)查,通過(guò)X線片檢查纖維樁的總體情況和基牙情況,以及咀嚼功能恢復(fù)情況,兩組滿意率均達(dá)到96%以上;2組間比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 OUYA FIBER纖維樁與Tenax Fiber White纖維樁在3個(gè)月的觀察期間的總體療效相當(dāng),值得推廣應(yīng)用,但仍需對(duì)其療效進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)期的臨床觀察。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the short-term clinical effect of two kinds of glass fiber post repair system for repairing tooth defect.Methods one hundred and twenty patients with dental defects in Beijing Xuanwu Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine and Department of Stomatology of Peking University were selected. After informed consent, 120 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 60 cases in each group.The Tenax Fiber White fiber post and the domestic OUYA FIBER fiber pile were used to repair the patients respectively. The clinical effect of the repair was examined at 1 week and 3 months after the repair.Results after the restoration of Tenax Fiber White fiber pile and OUYA FIBER fiber pile for 1 week, the overall condition, edge compactness, edge coloration of the two groups were examined, and the satisfaction rate of the two groups was over 98%.The overall condition of fiber pile and abutment and the recovery of masticatory function were examined by X-ray film. The satisfaction rate of the two groups was above 96% and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05).Conclusion the total curative effect of OUYA FIBER fiber pile and Tenax Fiber White fiber pile is equal to that of Tenax Fiber White fiber pile in 3 months. It is worth popularizing and applying, but it is still necessary to make long-term clinical observation on the effect of OUYA FIBER fiber pile and Tenax Fiber White fiber pile.
