【摘要】：目的:觀察Apexit Plus根充糊劑與Endomethasone根充糊劑在牙髓炎與根尖周炎的一次性根管治療術(shù)后的急性反應(yīng)及近期的療效。 方法:門診就診的需要做根管治療的40顆患牙隨機(jī)分為Apexit Plus根充糊劑組（20顆牙）與Endomethasone根充糊劑組（20顆牙）。逐步后退法根管預(yù)備后，兩組分別用Apexit Plus根充糊劑與Endomethasone根充糊劑用于一次性根管充填。觀察兩組患牙在術(shù)后1周內(nèi)的急性反應(yīng)及術(shù)后3個(gè)月、6個(gè)月的短期療效。 結(jié)果：在術(shù)后1周內(nèi)的急性反應(yīng)中，Apexit Plus根充糊劑組比Endomethasone根充糊劑組疼痛率略低。在術(shù)后3個(gè)月、6個(gè)月的復(fù)診中，，Apexit Plus根充糊劑組與Endomethasone根充糊劑組的成功率并無顯著的差異。 結(jié)論：Apexit Plus根充糊劑加牙膠尖組根充術(shù)后疼痛反應(yīng)較Endomethasone根充糊劑加牙膠尖組略低。在近期療效上兩者并無顯著差異。而在長(zhǎng)期療效上則需進(jìn)一步觀察。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the acute response of Apexit Plus root filling paste and Endomethasone root filling paste in the treatment of pulpitis and periapical periodontitis.Methods: forty teeth in need of root canal therapy were randomly divided into Apexit Plus paste group (n = 20) and Endomethasone root filling paste group (n = 20).Two groups were treated with Apexit Plus paste and Endomethasone root filling paste respectively.The acute reaction of the two groups was observed within 1 week after operation and the short-term curative effect of 3 months and 6 months after operation.Results: in the acute reaction within 1 week after operation, the pain rate of Apexit Plus paste group was slightly lower than that of Endomethasone root filling paste group.There was no significant difference in success rate between Apexit Plus paste group and Endomethasone root filling paste group 3 months and 6 months after operation.Conclusion the pain response after root filling was slightly lower in the group of Plus root filling paste plus gum tip than that in the group of Endomethasone root filling paste plus gum tip.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the short-term efficacy.But in the long-term curative effect needs further observation.
