種植體對磁共振成像影響的水模實驗研究

【摘要】:目的:通過水模實驗,前瞻性研究種植體對磁共振成像(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)檢查的影響,對現(xiàn)有金屬種植體的磁特性作出評價,以期給臨床MRI檢查提供實驗依據(jù),給醫(yī)患雙方對種植體的選擇提供參考。方法:將不同品牌種植體置于水模上,用4.7T磁共振機進行掃描,觀察種植體對MRI成像的影響。結(jié)果:種植體無投射效應,但對附近局部的MRI成像有影響,且不同品牌種植體產(chǎn)生的影響范圍有很大的不同。自旋回波序列掃描產(chǎn)生的偽影明顯小于梯度回波序列掃描產(chǎn)生的偽影。結(jié)論:金屬種植體磁化率遠遠大于10-4,可歸屬為非常弱的鐵磁性材料,對局部MRI成像有影響,但可安全進行MRI檢查。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of implants on magnetic Resonance imaging (MRI) and evaluate the magnetic properties of metal implants in order to provide experimental basis for clinical MRI examination.To provide a reference for the selection of implants between doctors and patients.Methods: different brand implants were placed on water model and scanned with 4.7 T magnetic resonance machine to observe the effect of implant on MRI imaging.Results: the implants had no projective effect, but had an effect on the local MRI imaging in the vicinity, and the range of influence of different brands of implants was very different.The artifacts generated by spin echo sequence scanning are obviously smaller than those generated by gradient echo sequence scanning.Conclusion: the magnetic susceptibility of metal implants is much greater than 10-4, which can be classified as a very weak ferromagnetic material, which has an effect on local MRI imaging, but can be safely examined by MRI.
