【摘要】：目的:觀察和評(píng)價(jià)手動(dòng)不銹鋼K型銼、ProTaper系統(tǒng)鎳-鈦旋轉(zhuǎn)根管銼及是否聯(lián)合使用超聲波洗牙機(jī)沖洗C形根管的清潔效果,探索C形根管的最佳清潔方案。方法:選取50顆離體的下頜第二磨牙,隨機(jī)分配至單純K型銼清潔組、K型銼+超聲波沖洗組、單純ProTaper系統(tǒng)鎳-鈦旋轉(zhuǎn)根管銼清潔組、ProTaper+超聲波沖洗組和對(duì)照組,各10顆。經(jīng)初步修形、清潔并經(jīng)甲醛浸泡后染色。顯微鏡下觀察和計(jì)算根管內(nèi)壞死組織清潔率和削切面積,采用SPSS17.0軟件包對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:處理組的根管清潔率顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);各處理組中,根尖部的清潔率顯著低于冠部和中部(P0.05);E組(ProTaper+超聲)的削切分?jǐn)?shù)低于其他處理組;根管銼+超聲波沖洗組的削切分?jǐn)?shù)顯著低于單純根管銼組(P0.05);管壁削切分?jǐn)?shù)和清潔率存在負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=-0.712,P=0.000)。經(jīng)線性擬合,兩者的依存關(guān)系為清潔率=98.325-4.325×管壁削切分?jǐn)?shù)(R2=0.454,P0.05)。結(jié)論:C形根管修形和清潔過(guò)程中,建議主根管處優(yōu)先考慮選擇ProTaper鎳-鈦旋轉(zhuǎn)根管銼沖洗,聯(lián)合超聲波沖洗,效果更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and evaluate the cleaning effect of manual stainless steel K type file ProTaper system and whether to use ultrasonic washing machine to wash C shape root canal, and to explore the best cleaning scheme of C shape root canal.Methods: fifty mandibular second molars in vitro were randomly assigned to the ultrasonic washing group with K-type file cleaning, the control group with ProTaper ultrasonic washing group and the ProTaper system with pure nickel-titanium rotary canal file cleaning group, each with 10 teeth in the control group, 10 in the control group, 10 in the control group, 10 in the control group, 10 in the control group, 10 in the control group and 10 in the control group.After preliminary modification, clean and stained by formaldehyde immersion.The cleaning rate and cutting area of necrotic tissue in root canal were observed and calculated under microscope. The data were analyzed statistically by SPSS17.0 software package.Results: the cleaning rate of root canal in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the cleanness rate of the root tip in each treatment group was significantly lower than that in the crown and the middle group (P 0.05), and the cutting fraction of the treated group was lower than that of the other treatment groups.The cutting fraction of the root canal file group was significantly lower than that of the pure root canal file group (P 0.05), and there was a negative correlation between the cutting fraction of the canal wall and the cleaning rate.By linear fitting, the relationship between them is that the cleaning rate is 98.325-4.325 脳 the cut fraction of the pipe wall is R2O0.454U P0.05.Conclusion in the process of revision and cleaning, it is suggested that the primary root canal should be flushed with ProTaper nickel-titanium rotary root canal file, combined with ultrasonic wave, and the effect is better.
