【摘要】：目的:探討氟化鈉殼聚糖凝膠促進(jìn)乳牙釉質(zhì)早期齲模型再礦化的可行性。方法:乳前牙試件使用乳酸羧甲基纖維素凝膠預(yù)處理,制備早期齲模型;早期齲的乳前牙試件隨機(jī)分成4組(n=6),3組分別進(jìn)行氟化鈉殼聚糖凝膠、殼聚糖空白凝膠、多樂氟處理,1組作為空白對照,處理完成后進(jìn)行p H循環(huán),SEM、EDS檢測循環(huán)完成后的試件表面。結(jié)果:SEM觀察,氟化鈉殼聚糖凝膠能更好的保護(hù)釉質(zhì)表層結(jié)構(gòu)不受破壞,而多樂氟和空白對照組,則表現(xiàn)出釉質(zhì)表層的崩解。同時氟化鈉殼聚糖凝膠有更多的礦化物結(jié)晶在釉質(zhì)表面形成。EDS檢測鈣離子的沉積比例,氟化鈉殼聚糖凝膠組明顯多于其余各組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:氟化鈉殼聚糖凝膠可以提高乳前牙早期齲的再礦化水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the feasibility of sodium fluoride chitosan gel in promoting the early caries of primary enamel.Methods: the model of early caries was prepared by pretreatment of the premolars with carboxymethylcellulose lactate gel, and the early caries were randomly divided into 4 groups: sodium fluoride chitosan gel and chitosan blank gel.The surface of the specimen was detected by PH-cycle SEMM-EDS after the treatment was completed in group 1 treated with doloflurane as a blank control.Results the results showed that sodium fluoride chitosan gel could better protect the enamel layer from destruction, while Dorafur and blank control group showed the disintegration of enamel surface layer.At the same time, sodium fluoride chitosan gel had more mineralized crystals on enamel surface. EDS was used to detect Ca ~ (2 +) deposition ratio. Sodium fluoride chitosan gel group was significantly more than other groups (P 0.05).Conclusion: sodium fluoride chitosan gel can improve the level of early caries in primary teeth.
