義齒種植數(shù)字化導(dǎo)向裝置建模技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:自從口腔診療廣泛普及CT技術(shù)后,口腔種植手術(shù)就逐漸從二維進(jìn)入三維,臨床上對(duì)于口腔種植輔助技術(shù)的需求也日益強(qiáng)烈。作為口腔種植手術(shù)重要的輔助工具,如何快速設(shè)計(jì)出口腔種植導(dǎo)向裝置也成為了目前的研究熱點(diǎn)之一。本文針對(duì)個(gè)性化義齒模型建模的特點(diǎn),以及實(shí)際的臨床需求,對(duì)義齒種植數(shù)字化導(dǎo)向裝置建模的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。主要研究內(nèi)容與學(xué)術(shù)成果如下:(1)針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的基于全局特征的特征線提取算法難以滿足口腔種植手術(shù)導(dǎo)板特征線提取要求,本文提出了基于A*搜索策略的特征線提取算法。基于離散曲率微分確定每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的微分特性以及模型特征線提取臨床需求,設(shè)計(jì)估值函數(shù)及對(duì)應(yīng)的權(quán)重因子,計(jì)算得到光滑、閉合的牙齒特征線。(2)對(duì)于牙齒形態(tài)多樣、個(gè)人差異化大等問題,本文研究了定量表示牙齒形態(tài)特征的方法,提出了基于統(tǒng)計(jì)模型的修復(fù)建模方法,參考缺損牙體殘留信息與鄰、對(duì)牙接觸點(diǎn)等約束,結(jié)合貝葉斯后驗(yàn)概率,重建出符合臨床需要的牙齒修復(fù)體。(3)針對(duì)現(xiàn)有牙齒局部解剖學(xué)形態(tài)變形操作受人工干擾因素較大,難以定量的問題,本文提出了參數(shù)化模型變形的算法,通過對(duì)平均牙冠進(jìn)行變形操作,間接對(duì)牙冠模型進(jìn)行變形,減少了人為因素對(duì)于牙冠變形的影響,實(shí)現(xiàn)了牙齒局部解剖學(xué)的參數(shù)化變形。在上述理論和算法的基礎(chǔ)上,以VC++2008以及OpenGL為軟件開發(fā)平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)了義齒種植導(dǎo)向裝置數(shù)字化建模原型軟件系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),并制作出初步實(shí)物模型,取得了良好的臨床效果。
[Abstract]:Since the widespread use of CT in oral diagnosis and treatment, dental implant surgery has gradually moved from two to three dimensions, and the need for dental implant assistive technology has become increasingly strong in clinic.As an important assistant tool for oral implant surgery, how to design the dental implant guidance device quickly has become one of the research hotspots.In this paper, according to the characteristics of personalized denture model modeling and the actual clinical needs, the key technology of digital guide device modeling for denture implant is studied.The main research contents and academic achievements are as follows: (1) aiming at the difficulty of traditional feature line extraction algorithm based on global features to meet the requirements of oral implant surgical guide line extraction, a feature line extraction algorithm based on A* search strategy is proposed in this paper.Based on discrete curvature differentiation to determine the differential characteristics of each node and model feature lines to extract clinical requirements, design the estimation function and the corresponding weight factor, calculate the smooth, closed tooth feature line.In this paper, the quantitative representation of tooth morphological characteristics is studied, and a statistical model-based restoration modeling method is proposed, which refers to the residual information of the defective tooth and its neighbors, and constrains the contact point of the tooth.Combined with Bayesian posteriori probability, the reconstruction of dental prosthesis, which meets the clinical needs, is proposed in this paper. In view of the problem that the operation of local anatomical morphologic deformation of teeth is affected by artificial interference factors and difficult to quantify, a parameterized model deformation algorithm is proposed in this paper.Through the operation of average crown deformation, the crown model was deformed indirectly, and the effect of artificial factors on crown deformation was reduced, and the parameterized deformation of tooth local anatomy was realized.On the basis of the above theory and algorithm, the prototype software system of digital modeling for denture guide device is developed with VC 2008 and OpenGL as the software development platform, and the preliminary physical model is made, and good clinical effect is obtained.
