戴用壓膜保持器對兩種齦下致病性細(xì)菌影響的研究

【摘要】:目的:本課題通過實時熒光定量PCR技術(shù),檢測正畸患者戴用壓膜保持器前后不同階段齦下致病性菌群中牙齦卟啉單胞菌和具核梭桿菌構(gòu)成比,從而定量分析兩種牙周致病菌含量變化,從細(xì)菌的角度研究壓膜保持器對患者牙周微生態(tài)的影響,使醫(yī)生對壓膜保持器的衛(wèi)生維護(hù)有更明確的認(rèn)識,以指導(dǎo)臨床工作,優(yōu)化改進(jìn)壓膜保持器,幫助患者更好地保持矯治效果,維護(hù)口腔衛(wèi)生。方法:選取31名結(jié)束固定矯治,年齡在14-16歲的青少年患者。在壓膜保持器戴用前、戴用2個月和戴用4個月,分別取測試牙位遠(yuǎn)中唇側(cè)的齦下菌斑通過實時熒光定量PCR技術(shù),檢測正畸患者戴用壓膜保持器前后不同階段齦下致病性菌群中牙齦卟啉單胞菌和具核梭桿菌構(gòu)成比,利用軟件SPSS13.0對實驗數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理。結(jié)果:在戴用壓膜保持器2、4個月時,16齦下菌斑中牙齦卟啉單胞菌和具核梭桿菌的百分含量均較戴用壓膜保持器前顯著降低(p0.0167);在戴用壓膜保持器2個月時,41齦下菌斑中牙齦卟啉單胞菌和具核梭桿菌的百分含量均較戴用壓膜保持器前顯著降低(p0.0167);在戴用壓膜保持器4個月時,16齦下菌斑中牙齦卟啉單胞菌的百分含量均較戴用壓膜保持器前和戴用壓膜保持器2個月顯著降低(p0.0167);其他牙位中齦下菌斑中牙齦卟啉單胞菌和具核梭桿菌的百分含量在三個時段無顯著變化(p0.0167)。結(jié)論:戴用壓膜保持器對特定牙位的牙齦卟啉單胞菌和具核梭桿菌影響較大,戴用壓膜保持器階段較戴用前牙齦卟啉單胞菌和具核梭桿菌的百分含量明顯降低。戴用壓膜保持器較固定矯治對正畸患者牙周健康影響要小。實時熒光定量PCR技術(shù)檢測牙周細(xì)菌精準(zhǔn)有效快捷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the ratio of porphyromonas gingivalis to Clostridium nucleatum in subgingival pathogenicity of orthodontic patients by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.Thus, quantitative analysis of the changes of the two periodontal pathogenic bacteria was made, and the influence of the membrane presser on the periodontal microecology of the patients was studied from the point of view of bacteria, so that the doctors could have a clearer understanding of the sanitary maintenance of the membrane pressure-retainer, so as to guide the clinical work.Optimize and improve the pressure-film holder to help patients maintain the effect of orthodontic treatment and maintain oral hygiene.Methods: 31 adolescent patients aged 14-16 years were selected.The subgingival plaque of the distal lip of the tooth was measured by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR before wearing the membrane holder for 2 months and 4 months respectively.The ratio of porphyromonas gingivalis to Clostridium nucleatum in subgingival pathogenicity of orthodontic patients at different stages before and after wearing membrane retainer was detected. The data were statistically processed by software SPSS13.0.Results: the percentage contents of porphyromonas gingivalis and Clostridium nucleus in the subgingival plaque were significantly lower than those before the wearing of the membrane retainer at 2,4 months, and the percentage of subgingival bacteria 41 in the second month after wearing the membrane retainer was significantly lower than that before the wearing of the membrane retainer.The percentage content of porphyromonas gingivalis and Clostridium rhizoides in plaque was significantly lower than that before wearing membrane retainer, and the percentage content of porphyromonas gingivalis in subgingival plaque was significantly higher than that in subgingival plaque at 4 months after wearing membrane retainer.The percentage contents of porphyromonas gingivalis and Clostridium nucleus in subgingival plaque of other teeth were not significantly changed in the three periods before and after wearing membrane retainer for 2 months, and the percentage content of P. gingivalis in other subgingival plaque showed no significant change (p0.0167).Conclusion: the effect of membrane retainer on Porphyromonas gingivalis and Clostridium rubrum in certain tooth position is greater. The percentage content of porphyromonas gingivalis and Clostridium nucleatum in the stage of wearing membrane retainer is obviously lower than that of the former.Wearing membrane holder had less effect on periodontal health of orthodontic patients than fixed orthodontic treatment.Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR is accurate, effective and fast in detecting periodontal bacteria.
