【摘要】：目的:觀察經(jīng)臨時冠牙齦成型后的上前牙種植修復(fù)負(fù)重1年后的牙齦形態(tài)學(xué)變化,探討臨時冠對牙齦組織進(jìn)行干預(yù)的可靠性。方法:選擇北京大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)院第二門診部2010年3月至2011年11月間因上前牙缺失要求種植修復(fù)的患者78例(男37例,女41例),在行種植上部修復(fù)前采用種植體支持的臨時冠進(jìn)行牙齦形態(tài)的誘導(dǎo),直至永久修復(fù)完成。在修復(fù)即刻及1年后測量近、遠(yuǎn)中牙齦乳頭及唇側(cè)齦緣水平高度的變化。結(jié)果:所有病例在經(jīng)過牙齦成型后再進(jìn)行種植上部修復(fù),修復(fù)1年后近、遠(yuǎn)中牙齦乳頭高度變化分別為(0.16±0.58)mm和(0.10±0.53)mm,唇側(cè)牙齦水平變化僅為(0.10±0.41)mm。經(jīng)臨時冠誘導(dǎo)成型后的牙齦形態(tài)在種植修復(fù)1年前后的變化差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:嚴(yán)格掌握適應(yīng)證,采用種植體支持的臨時冠在前牙美學(xué)區(qū)的種植修復(fù)中對軟組織的成型技術(shù)臨床可行,近期美學(xué)效果可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the changes of gingival morphology after implant restoration with temporary crown for 1 year, and to explore the reliability of temporary crown intervention on gingival tissue.Methods: from March 2010 to November 2011, 78 patients (37 males) were selected from the second outpatient Department of Peking University Stomatology Hospital.In 41 cases of female, gingival morphology was induced by implant supported temporary crown before the upper implant restoration was carried out, until permanent restoration was completed.The changes of the level of proximal and distal gingival papilla and labial gingival margin were measured immediately and 1 year after repair.Results: after gingival formation, all the patients were repaired with the upper implant. The height of the proximal and distal gingival papilla was 0.16 鹵0.58)mm and 0.10 鹵0.53 mm, respectively, and the level of the labial gingival was only 0.10 鹵0.41 mm..There was no significant difference in gingival morphology after temporary crown induction before and after 1 year of implant repair.Conclusion: the indication is strictly grasped and the temporary crown supported by implants is feasible for the soft tissue reconstruction in the aesthetic area of anterior teeth and the short-term aesthetic effect is reliable.
