【摘要】：目的:評(píng)估應(yīng)用角度螺絲通道基臺(tái)種植修復(fù)上頜切牙的臨床效果。方法:臨床選擇2015年12月前使用角度螺絲通道基臺(tái)行上頜切牙種植修復(fù)15例。隨訪6個(gè)月,觀察方法為X線片、臨床檢查及患者滿意度調(diào)查,分析其存留率、骨吸收情況、軟組織及美學(xué)效果。結(jié)果:使用角度螺絲通道基臺(tái)的上頜切牙種植義齒存留率為100%;種植體近遠(yuǎn)中牙槽骨吸收量為(0.447±0.121)、(0.355±0.127)mm,軟組織狀況良好;93.3%患者對(duì)種植修復(fù)表示滿意。結(jié)論:使用角度螺絲通道基臺(tái)行上頜切牙種植修復(fù)是一種微創(chuàng)、簡(jiǎn)潔的種植治療方案設(shè)計(jì),有一定的臨床推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to assess the clinical effect of application of screw angle channel abutment implant restoration of maxillary incisors. Methods: the clinical choice of December 2015 before the use of screw channel abutment angle of maxillary incisors implant in 15 cases. After 6 months of follow-up, the observation method for X-ray and clinical examination and patient satisfaction survey, analysis of the retention rate, bone resorption. Soft tissue and aesthetic effect. Results: the use of screw channel abutment angle of maxillary incisors implant survival rate was 100%; the loss of alveolar bone to implant in the near and far (0.447 + 0.121), (0.355 + 0.127) mm, soft tissue in good condition; 93.3% patients were satisfied with the implant. Conclusion: use angle screw channel base station for repair of maxillary incisors implant is a minimally invasive treatment, implant design concise, has certain clinical value.
